            I placed an order with **** ******* and ********* ******** on June 15, 2024 for 30 inch Forgiato Pasticcio rims for a 2020 genesis **** I was told it would **** *-8 weeks to get my rims. I paid $8500. I was told the total was $9500 but I only needed half up front. It has now been 4 months and I still have no rims and have a car show next month. I still cannot get a definite update nor will they provide an official receipt or date of when they will be finished. I keep getting the run around. I do have proof of payments. I cannot get any more info. I want my purchase that I paid for. Had I known it would take this long I wouldve bought some already made.

            I ordered 4000.00 rims for my slingshot from sling mods. One of the rims were ******** so I contacted ******** to replace the part or entire rim. ******** sent me the wrong replacement part then gave me the run around and told me to send the entire tire back. The problem is that they should send me th rim and let me send the bad rim back so that I can still enjoy my ride. **** and his staff kept giving me the run around and finally hung up on me. I tried calling g back but the **** not answer. I now have to spend more money on replacement rims or ride around on a defective rim.

            Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/17) */ Hi ******** We are in the wheel business, rims for cars. Mr. ****** needed a replacement cap for one of his rims. Mr. ****** bought the wrong cap from our website. As a courtesy, I refunded the payment for the cap he bought, when he Then I sent him a replacement cap and I mixed up the packages and he got the wrong caps. So I sent him 2 more sets of caps ( 8 caps) and he **** receive those 2 new sets of caps tomorrow. If one of the 8 caps does not work on his one wheel. We **** send him a completely new Rim. All of the above is being done without any charge or deposit of any kind, we are trusting him that he **** return all of the items he **** not need. I don't know what more I could have done. If you have any ideas on what more I can do please let me know. Best Regards ******
