The dog trainers there are condescending, unprofessional, disrespectful, and disingenuous. The purpose of this review to provide clarity and to have this establishment be under the appropriate investigation. The trainers there targeted me trying to pry any insecurities I may have regarding training my pet. People generally are very receptive to warm, kind, and concerned gestures, however, the approach that was used was aggressive, ill-advised, and inhumane no respect nor courtesy given. The first time the red flags came flying however, I let it go because it was my first time there. The second time, which is today, it was apparent that I was not their kind of prey, so they probably wanted to invent a way to make me leave, which they ultimately did, with spectacular fashion. All the dogs gravitated towards me and I loved that they loved me. One of the two trainers came and began to aggressively push one puppy so hard away, I had to tell him that was too harsh. This was when things took a turn for the worse. In his perspective, I went too far by simply making this comment, perhaps I challenged his patience, which he demonstrated clearly that he had none. I could feel his negative intent, and anger towards my comment. Perhaps he felt he wanted to retake control because there were other pet owners gathered around me as well. I am standing still, providing a safe space for my dog. The trainer then invades my personal space, lifts his hands so close to my face, it nearly touches my nose and eyeballs HE RUDELY CLAPS HIS HANDS AGGRESSIVELY IN MY FACE to verbally que in a tyrannical manner that hes in charge, by attempting to intimidate me; told me to move out of the safe spot for my dog, when they were a pile of puppies playing, some aggressively. If providing a safe spot for a puppy is wrong, then it is concluded that having an unsafe environment is the intention of the establishment. Please be advised. I want to take all further action available.
