I received an email regarding a promotion that stated 2 races for $30 from 8/8/XXXX- X/31/2022, I took my kids to race On a Sunday 8/14/2022, upon arrival the cashier refused to honor the deal that was sent in my email, also posted on their own website, she said it's M-F , I showed her the advertisement on their own website, she said she wasn't able to and asked if I needed to speak to a manager, to which I said yes, she also stated that other customers had the same complaint , the assistant manager came and rudely refused, was very disrespectful & unprofessional, I asked for his business card he refused and gave me a business card of the general manager by the name of Austin Huffman , who of course wasn't on the premise & was available M-F, I asked for his name and I'm sure he gave me a false name of Jacob Mendez, as I stepped away , and stood by one of the waiting area table very upset and trying to decide what do to, he approached me along with another worker, this time wearing a beanie with attached face covering, looking like robbers, and started to threaten me that they **** call the police and asked me to leave, shocked I said go ahead call the cops, they kept threatening me and I kept telling them go ahead call the cops, and I waited patiently for the cops 'cause I know I wasn't breaking any law, seeing my children's face and how unhappy & uncomfortable they were I decided to leave after waiting a few minutes. They false advertise to lure customers in, it's a dishonest business, extremely rude and unprofessional, as long as I live I **** not spend a dime on them again. It's very unfortunate because I have been taking my children since they were very young, I've celebrated their birthdays there, my son wore their t shirt with pride until today.

Bought a membership/ package in July. The free race that came with it in July was gone when I went back. I was told it was used in October on a date where my kids had school and we had family in town- no chance it was us. Was told we were just out of luck. Won't go back, I can't explain how those were used but it was 100% not by my family.
