    Stay from this "Agency". They messed up my renewal (odometer reading, discounts, etc.) blaming everything on Mercury Insurance. Needless to say, I dumped them. Here is my last communication with the owner Kash Fadaie:Mr.Fadaie, Are you trying to convince me or yourself?1) When the original quote came in August, all the discounts were missing. It's not like education, multi-car/multi-policy facts suddenly disappeared, so they should be in the renewal,right? Why were they not included, and why weren't those errors caught by your personnel?Is it Mercury or your personnel?2)I asked ***** why co-op insurance went up that much, and he said I was lucky the increase was not more than 40%. ***** answer but hardly an explanation appropriate for customer service. BTW, *** who promised to look into HO policy, had never provided any feedback. Does it look like a Mercury issue? Does ******* put words in *****'s mouth and make Sueforget her commitment?3) In regards to the odometerreading, if there is indeed a rule about the 6-month gap between readings:a) Why did *** tell me that the adjuster agreed with my numbers if there is a "6-month rule"? Just read her 10/11/2023 e-mail,you have a copy of it too.b) Why nobody informed me about this rule in August? Does ******* make *** lie and both ***** and *** forget this rule?c) There were no services performed on my car for almost a year, so the May odometer reading info was fake. In this case, my August reading is valid. The latest findings: the odometer reading was on our second car, *************** couldn't figure out that!**** promised to sort things out in a couple of days, it's been nine days, and .... crickets.

    I informed the policyholder, who I highly value, that if any mistakes were made by Fadaie, I would be more than willing to cover the costs. However, ******* is taking longer than usual to make the necessary adjustments and conduct the investigation to determine who is at fault. Despite this, the policyholder felt upset and decided to express their dissatisfaction by giving us a one-star review on the Internet. After leaving the negative review, they reached out to me for assistance, but I kindly requested them to remove the harsh review so that we can continue working towards a resolution. In response, they accused me of blackmailing them. Nevertheless, we are still committed to compensating the policyholder if Fadaie is indeed responsible for the mistake.

    Now since 12/14/23 it appears that ******* did finally adjust things back to the insureds request as we have received the confirmation.  This issue has nothing to do with the AGENCY/Fadaie Insurance. It is simple a matter of the insurer making things correct for their insured.

    Easiest and most substantial savings I've ever experienced?Kash and Steve are saving us $360 a MONTH on home and auto insurance. Sent them my policies and minutes later had A+ rated options. Call them you won't be disappointed!
