FRAUDS!!! Run! Away from this place. These 2 men *********** are total ********* and down right brutetly rude LIARS! You'll have 0 peace of mind. PROOF VIDEO ATTACHED My initial call *** was extremely rude. I should've taken that red flag and headed for the hills. He apologized claiming to be rude because I spoke professionally, he assumed I was an insurance adj. I purchased a 2020 street *** March 7th. I'm just now getting my bike April 3rd. I paid a total of $8700.00. 8k CASH & $700 via card. Which the slickster *** charged 1k to my card. I noticed immediately so he reimbursed me $300 cash. He falsified the transfer paperwork to the dmv. He took my money & treated me like S*** Then deny me a receipt for the 8k I actually paid. During the 3 weeks I didn't receive 1 call! 0 communication from them. I called multiple times being lied too hearing different stories from both guys in regards to when the paint would be done. It was agreed to be complete march 20th. After ***** offering to have it done sat march 16th. I expressed to *** how important the deadline was as I had rides planned including my Birthday.I had to call the police as each call became an argument. I filed an official complaint with *********** and miraculously got a call the next day march 30th to pick up my bike DURING A THUNDERSTORM. Again an arguing with ***** as he Rudely snarled "to get your bike bring a thousand cash! Not card cash!!"Upon picking up my bike ***** denied me a receipt for the $8k cash I originally paid. Then literally LIED to my face, Stating I paid $5k that was on the paperwork AS SEEN IN VIDEO ATTACHED. I walk 5ft to *** asking "how much cash did I pay for the bike?" He states 8k!!! Catching ***** in his unethical practice. Im in multiple women moto groups at least 4 other women have had this experience. These reviews are surely **************** of these 2 snakes! Here are the facts:You paid $6,133 (Invoice #****) for a 2020 StreetBob, which included tax and license. After riding the bike, the day of the purchase, you decided you wanted it to be red and that you wanted new tires. Service invoice #***** was written to paint the bike to the red of your choice and to replace the tires. The cost for the service invoice was $2,877. You then paid a deposit of $1,877 for a total amount of $8,000 that day with a balance of $1,000 due upon completion. It was clearly discussed that the paint work would take at least 2 weeks to complete. After 10 days you called and were told it was going to take longer than the estimated 2 weeks discussed previously. You were told it would be no more than another week.You demanded not to pay the additional $1,000 owed. We then made it clear that the balance would be paid, or the bike would not leave. At that point we were picking on you because you were a woman, we ruined your life, calling the cops, doctored videos, etc. The truth is that we did not give into clearing your balance and this is where the complaint stems from. You did not get your way so were crooks, that is what this is all about, not giving into clearing your $1,000 balance!
