    My Doctor recommend a CT Scan at this facility. I scheduled for 12/21/2022, 2 business days before my appointment (which I had to wait two weeks for) they called me and said they were still waiting for my insurance to approve and if I wanted to keep my appointment I would have to pay $750.00 out of pocket until insurance kicked in then they would reimburse me. Or I can wait for insurance to approve which could take up to a month and potentially another month to get the test done. I went ahead and paid out of pocket. On 12/20/2022 I call my insurance to check in and see why it has not been approved, they stated no claim has not been filed to have CT Scan done. I called them to find out why they have to put in the approval to my insurance. They said they were waiting for the Doctors clinical notes. I called my doctor and they said they had sent it and would resend it, which I did as well. On 1/3/2022 I called my insurance and they stated no claim has been filed still. I called the company and they said they are filling it and it will take two weeks for the paperwork to go through. I called my insurance on 2/8/2022 and they stated still no claim, I asked what I can do. They said I can put the claim through myself, which I did. The claim was finally processed on 3/2/2022. I called the company and they said that a reimbursement check will be sent out within 7 days. I called the company on 3/15/22 and let them know that I have not received a check. They said they will put the paperwork through their billing department and the check will be sent out with 14 days.
