All locations for this business have bad reviews and it is obvious why when you visit. I have visited both the Irvine (which is now closed) and the San Clemente location (Jan 2025). It also appears the Long Beach location has closed and it is not surprising this business isn't lasting. There is no real management of the facilities. They have very obvious issues with hiring the right people and/or training them appropriately for the clientele they are serving. So far, I have only experienced very young people that typically sit on their phones rather than monitoring the children and activities that are taking place to ensure safety. I've never seen anyone following any kind of cleaning protocol as I have seen with other indoor children's playgrounds and I also have never seen more than one employee on staff. This does not allow for someone to manage all the tasks that are needed for maintaining safety of the children - 1) Keeping an eye on the front door to make sure children do not escape, 2) monitoring children's play to ensure safety (especially between the younger and older children) or 3) regularly sanitizing and cleaning behind children. Additionally, I have never been greeted kindly by the staff. The San Clemente location does NOT have a bathroom or at least a diaper changing area (though they have the space for it), which evidently does NOT cater to the audience that this type of facility was created for - CHILDREN. When I elected to change my child's diaper in the back of the facility on the floor (with my own diaper changing pad) due to what I thought could've been an emergency situation, the girl on staff repeatedly told me to stop & requested that we leave and sadly never gave a chance to explain the situation. When I tried to explain that my child was special needs, I was dismissed and never received an apology or follow-up both in the facility or after sending an email.
