    I bought three replacement fire alarms, one of them started malfunctioning within the first three days. I checked the battery that was included and it was fine so its not the problem. I emailed **************** and they told me to contact the manufacturer. They are selling faulty merchandise and then telling me I need to contact the manufacturer. Doesnt seem right.

    On 03/15/24, I ordered a *****-i4618-A and a Kidde-900-0114 from Electric Bargain Store to replace 10 year old units that expired. Their prices were good and their ****** score was 4.5 so I felt they were reputable. They arrived quickly and the ***** is working fine. However, the Kidde-900-0114 (upgraded to i20210SCO) dated Jan. 2023 immediately announced 'low battery'. This is a Combined Carbon **************** Detector with a sealed battery and a 10 year warranty. I will spare you all the back and forth but to recap: They sent a return label and I returned the defective unit. They sent an identical replacement (Jan. 2023) and it announced 'low battery'. I complained and asked for a different model (same price) but they sent another identical unit (Jan. 2023) and it announced 'low battery'. I am now 4 weeks w/o a CCM&SD and this is putting my family at risk. I asked for a refund. They 'regret the inconvenience' but do not offer a refund and tell me to read their 'Return Policy'. They sent a return label and I returned the 2 defective units on 4/12/24. I can't trust a business that has failed me 3 times and put my family in danger. I want a $57.07 Paypal refund. I want nothing to do with a business that repeatedly sells defective products. I see they are not a BBB member and this may be the reason. Thanks in advance for any assistance with this matter. I will also reach out to Paypal and register my complaint.

    I ordered a light from this company with a specific part number matching 7 lights I already had in my possession. The description in the advertisement showed a 4' light (48-1/2" to be exact in the photo of the dimensions). The model number matched the 4' lights I had in my possession.I received a 2' light. Not the light I ordered and did not match the 4' description. They pulled the photo down after I raised this issue so they wouldn't be found out. The company would not issue a return shipping label and is making me pay for return shipping. Their website was wrong, not me. They're responsible for the wrong light. They're responsible for return shipping.

    Hi, Paid ******* for smoke detectors that are not to code in my town, The business was via mail, and provided no packing slip in Box, no return address in Box. Went online found a (not obvious) request return form which I submitted and they claimed I would hear from them in two days, but nothing again. They make it very impossible to return, and get a refund from them. I just want to return the smoke detectors for a refund, and will not do business with them again. Thank You **** ****
