    I have ordered parts from this vendor and most recently a part did not get delivered. I was told that they are not responsible that an additional insurance would have to be purchased in case items are lost or stolen. This information was never given to me I would never order from a place that if they ship an item and it doesn't arrive the customer still has to pay for the item.

    I received an exhaust system for a 2006 ****** Outback. The delivery was fine and the packaging was adequate. The "exact fit" required a few "tweaks", but proved generally workable. The quality of the system was FAR from that of the original. Loud and "tinny" sounding. CarParts offered a replacement, and I explained the part was already installed, the car was needed, and how would a replacement of an identical system solve the discrepancy. The company apologized, and told me they would give me a credit of forty dollars on a five hundred sixty-eight dollar purchase. I believe this was a case of one gets what they pay for. BEWARE of cheap Chinese parts, I SHOULD have bought an OE system from ****** directly. This not the first time the quality or the claimed "exact fit" did not measure up to the *** Consider the end result BEFORE the purchase and the installation.

    Ordered some parts for my car, hood, bumper and nose panel. Got an email saying the bumper and nose panel are out of stock and I got refunded but was told to reach out for possible replacement parts. Called in and spoke to someone who said theyd have to check with the warehouse to verify stock. Called me back at 6am the next day saying yes they are in stock and will ship same day. Multiple days later received another email saying theyre out of stock and refunded again. Called again saying how unhappy I am with them and the *** said he will triple check and the parts are indeed in stock. Yet again got another email saying theyre out of stock and got refunded. Beyond frustrating as my car is at the paint shop occupying space and costing me money as we were waiting for these parts that should have shipped weeks ago. Very clear disconnect between customer service and the actual ***********************. Be wary of estimated arrival dates as the one part that was in stock is now a week over the estimated delivery date and still hasnt arrived. Do not use this site if you have any sort of deadline to reach or actually plan on receiving the parts you order.

    I ordered a hood for an 07 **** f150. I received the wrong hood. No big deal it happens. I contacted the company I had to order another hood pay for it and then set up the return. I was told I would receive a label to return in 24hr. 2days past I contacted the company again and was told again I would receive lable by email in 24hr. It's been 3 days and they still haven't sent label. Im starting to see that they don't want the return. If they don't process it then they don't have to refund the purchase. . It may seem hard to believe but I got all my communication with them and the paperwork to prove what I'm saying is fact

    The part didn't leave your warehouse until after it was supposed to arrive at my doorstep. Now you're refusing to give me a full refund for a package I didn't even open. You're stealing from your "customers". When I pay $55, I expect $55 back. Not $41.
