They cant take constructional criticism and there is no returns and their sizing isnt clear. Also their rose hoodie sizes are inconsistent. The label says made in ***** Their customer service is s*** and they are rude to their loyal customers. They block you if you express your frustrations and overall their drops **** and is done unfairly. Avoid this company at all cost, they need to be blacklisted.Review from Mike R

Their website is very glitchy and placed an order by mistake. I have been trying to receive a refund and they have not got back to me. BUYER BEWARE very shady practices!!!

Hello ****, We see you placed 2 orders for 2 different items 4 minutes apart on 3/3/2024. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it as our fulfillment center immediately begins to process and prepare the items for shipping. Unfortunately, as stated in our online store policy, all sales are final. This policy takes into consideration that all the items we sell are limited and only released once.Review from Jeremiah B

I've been ordering from them since 2021. It has been a good experience every time. Every order I've placed has been correct and delivered reasonably quickly. The clothes I've received have been quality and compliments when I'm wearing them are not uncommon. I really don't have anything negative to say.Review from Ashley R

If I could give this company negative stars I would. For starters they charged me twice for the same order. I cancelled the second order immediately and it sent me an email that I requested a cancel but it was not a guarantee. I emailed them several times with NO response. 10 days later still no response and all items have since been shipped. Everything is just an automated email. I am baffled how this company is even in business. DO NOT buy from them.Civil Regime Response

Hello ******, we see that you have placed 4 orders with us, the most recent order was placed twice and they were submitted 3 minutes apart. As per our online store policy, we can not guarantee any changes can be processed once an order is submitted. As a courtesy we provided you with a prepaid return label to send the duplicated order back for a full refund, however none of the items have been returned.Review from Eric S

January 1st **** emailed them multiple times about our order that they shipped out that was the wrong size after 4 weeks still nothing posted on their Instagram wall lastnight to get a direct message saying dont be writing stuff like that on their ******** calling me HOMIE this isnt AMAZON they will refund our money keep the hoodie use it for toilet paper if I wish this company is a JOKE and needs to be investigated period!!! I have repeatedly tried to email them because I sent. A shirt back over 2 weeks ago with no response. Every time you email them all you get is an automated message we will get back to you when? NEVER I am guessing. This is screwed up that they are stealing from customers. Sad part was it was my sons birthday presentCivil Regime Response

Hello ******, We see that this order was shipped back to us during our busiest holiday season, right before the Christmas holiday. During the peak season, returns are processed within 14 Business Days of being received. Your return was received on 12/19/2023 and we shipped the replacement you requested on 1/3/2024, well within the time permitted.Review from Casey C

I have been emailing them for two weeks because an item in my order was missing. Absolutely no contact back except automated emails saying they'll get back to me. I have spent over a grand on this brand in the last 3 months and I'll never spend another ***** on it.Review from Annie M

I didn't want my phone number in their system and you can't see the clothes without giving them your phone number and email. Told them on Instagram and they decided to tell me to "get put boomer." I am way under boomer age. Reported to Instagram thet are using Hate speech. Other agreed with my post telling them slurs are not okay. This company is not run by a normal Sane person and attacks people who don't like them with derogatory words. I'd give them zero stars and will report this to as many review sites as possible as this is NOT OKAY. I'd give zero stars if I could.Review from Emma R

I purchased two shirts and one of them came in with the paint design smudged, peeling off, and cracked. I immediately requested a customer service request that did not get answered for two weeks. I then sent another one and they asked for pictures of my shirt. I sent them and have yet to receive an answer back. I just wanted either an exchange or refund and have been trying for WEEKS
