    Transaction was made in March 13 2022 It was a pre-order item for $61.94 The pre-order release date was set for December of 2022 but everytime I went back to check the date would be pushed back. So for example towards the end of December I would check the date and see it was pushed to January. In January the date was pushed to February. Around June or July of 2023 I contacted the seller asking for clarification on the situation to which they said they would update me when they received stock for my item. The next time I was contacted was when they notified me of their site closing end of July beginning of August. I tried to file a claim with my bank but due to the time of my report it was not accepted.

    On 4/22/22 I ordered a "****** x Amakuni Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon Yu-Gi-Oh! Figure" from Connexe Toys with order number *****. The bill was processed on 4/25/22. This was a preorder, and It was expected to be delivered sometime May or June 2023 (uploaded as file one). I reached out June 28, 2023 to ask about my order. That same day they responded detailed how they had supply issues and there was a delay (file two). Two days later on June 30, they sent an email saying they are closing and will no longer fulfill orders. They sent a follow up email saying they going to be slow sending refunds (uploads three and four).Their website was also taken down, so I do not know how to contact them to tell them this is not acceptable and that I need the money back. They have not sent any further messages. Thank you for your time on this matter.
