I ordered online and kept calling them to let them know that I hadnt received an email stating they shipped. Mind you in was over the 10 day ***** They reminded me that they ship out 7-10 business days. Instead of alerting the warehouse they stated that they would only alert them if I cancelled. I live in ****** and the warehouse is in ******. and normally it doesnt take this long. Poor customer service. I have no other option than to wait and hopefully get an email soon.

Worst customer service experience waited on hold for an hour and half because they charged me shipping even though it was supposed to be free. Waiting on hold all that time to be told there is nothing they can do about it. Absolutely worst customer service I dont recommend this company.

I have a medical concern, and I found multiple peer reviewed studies showing that this water can alleviate all of my symptoms. I met with a specialist and asked her about the device. She agreed that it would likely alleviate my symptoms and I may not have another flare up for the rest of my life, due to this water! I have been drinking it for 5 months with no sign of any flare ***** Since Im so passionate about the water, I also promote it as a business, Ive been here 5 months and am already profiting over $50,000 per MONTH! This product and business have forever changed my life!

These people are making health promises that are false. They advertise "high ticket sales" which is a euphemism for "we charge you way more than we should so we can keep a really nice chunk of your money". Their sales people are pushy. The machine is prone to mold and it doesn't even filter the water. You actually have to get a separate filter if you want the impurities removed from your water. Not at all worth it.

I've never felt better in my life! What's more, I've become a distributor and now my life is incredible! I make more money than I could have ever imagined and I work part time! I can do the things for my family that I never thought possible! We are enjoying our lives, our freedom, our wealth and our improved health! I cannot say enough good stuff about this company and the water!!!

People will say what they want to say - especially on the internet where it won't affect their social status. But listen, this company is legit. Their products are legit and have A C T U A L L Y changed my entire life. As for the business model, I believe it's genius. I've never seen anything as well composed and thought out as their patented compensation plan. Some children's children just get offended and feel the need to throw dirt because they weren't willing to put in the work to make sales. Sales aren't for everybody, but there's a reason this company is still around.Great company. Great products. Began in ***** 50+ years ago and still thriving, looking out for their distributors and employees while improving their already awesome water Ionizers. Definitely check them out at their source. This has been an OUTSTANDING opportunity in my experience. I am part of an ABSOLUTELY outstanding and supportive community. Enagic is health and wellness industry. The units are easy to install, set-up and maintain. I took me probably 45" to research to see how to hook them up and install 3 units in my home. Enagic pays their distributors 55% on sales. There is no quota, no, starting over every month to try and me an expectation or recruit people, no auto-ship, no inventory (direct sales), 0% financing options, instant cash back of $440-$975, $1250-$7700 commission, paid to you for each transaction and there is no de-ranking. Once you achieve a rank status you stay there until you decide you want to level up. This is the power of their patented 8-point commission plan. DO NOT BUY from this company! I have never had such a terrible experience! I bought my Kangen water machine last Nov as a Christmas gift for my husband and had it installed in Jan. I used a plumber that has installed many Kangen water machines so I know it was done correctly. Almost right away I started having issues. On and off the water started tasting fishy, oily, and sometimes like chlorine. The panel also stopped working consistently. I called my plumber to make sure it was installed right and it was. I changed the filter and followed all the maintenance requirements to no avail. I then had someone come out to test my house water to see if maybe that was the issue, as this is a new house we just built. There were ZERO issues and incidentally when the machine wasn't hooked up our water tasted just fine. I then started contacting Enagic.I had a very hard time getting ahold of someone and when I finally did the guy I spoke to was beyond rude, insisting my water must be the issue. When I explained my water was tested he didn't care. Finally after insisting they agreed to look it. They sent it back, CHARGED me a maintenance fee and said there was no problem. I hooked the machine back up optimistic that any issues had been resolved, but within days the taste was back. I reached out again and again went weeks without getting a response. I reached back out to the person that sold it to me and she reached out to them. She was ASSURED I would be sent a replacement. When I followed up on this I was told they actually wouldn't be because my water was the problem. As a side, not once did a manager reach out to me. I am now out $5000! This is just a pyramid company that could care less about their customers or the product they are selling. I rarely, and i mean rarely write reviews and certainly never negative ones, I'm just not that person. However, this experience was just so egregious I had to write this. You've been warned! They DO NOT stand behind their products!

I made an investment in this company for two reasons my familys health and additional income. When I wasnt able to sell any machines I asked for a different upline. Was redirected to upline indicated to purchase their turmeric products. More money expended and not a single sale. Encouraged to give out samples which I did with no results. I ended ** in debt, manipulated by the passive upline which resulted in legal defamation of character. Ive sustain physical, mental and emotional anguish as a result of this very expensive pyramid scheme.

This is all nonsense. I was swindled into purchasing one of these ***** Machines. Apparently, this was the only machine that could do the things they claimed. Well they are not the only company and frankly they are probably the worst company. Come to find out not only do I need to add a chemical enhancer into the same membrane or whatever my drinking water comes from to get acidic water, but I came to find out through the person who sold me this thing, that almost $3000 of my money went to pay commissions. I guess the company doesn't need to make any money, because that would mean my machine would cost almost nothing to build. I've tried and tried to return it. Nope 7 days is what I had. Doing more research after all of this it's literally right there in front of your face. This is a scam. There are **************** ionizers, for less the cost and higher water effects. Don't be like me people. Do a little bit of research before buying. It will save you so much hassle, money, and a better product. Just research before you buy independently. The science is there, but this company just gives you antidotal information. I was told a lot, and afterwards when I asked for documentation, guess what? They don't have any. Simply a pyramid sales company way more focused on profit than product.
