    I joined this gym and after about 2 months I hurt my back and wasn't able to workout. I contacted the gym in person on the 1st of that month. At the gym I was told to contact the owner via email. I contacted the gym owner through email and explained my situation and was told that there are no refunds once the card is charged(when I contacted the gym my card had not been charged yet). The owner said that no refunds but it will be one month in advance when I come back and that one month will be waiting for me. I kept updating the gym every month as to how my back was healing. Then the owner sent me an email saying my membership will become active December, I sent an email on 11-25-23 that I'm still not doing good enough to workout. Then the owner charged my card for the month of December, but wait what happened to one month in advance that I was told would be waiting when I can come back to workout. Sent the owner two more emails and no response back. Now the owner has charged me for two months and I have not worked out due to my back being hurt.

    I joined this gym with unlimited membership which costs $169.00 per month on Aug-15-2022. I have been using there services for months now. For medical reasons I decided to discontinue in Nov. I informed the gym on Nov-27-2022 after one of thee session I completed that day. I informed them with the complete details and mentioned my intention of leaving the gym by the current month end which completes on Dec-15-2022. The trainer available there mentioned me that I will still be charged for the month of Dec-15 to Jan-15 based on their policy. I agreed to pay for one month extra for until Jan-15.For my surprise I saw another transaction from the studio on Jan-15. I called them multiple time, texted them. They agreed to remember the interaction and offered me the credit to be used in future. I don't want the credit, I want the transaction to be reversed.I have paid 1 month extra than I used the studio. There were 2 people present when I gave them the notice. I don't know them personally but Studio should have all the details about them if any witness is needed.Owner of the studio was not present in the studio, so the notice was given to the trainer present in the studio. It shouldn't be my problem that trainer forgot this to mention to the owner. They are trying to give me contract details and telling me I signed this and based on that they can charge me until I give the notice in written or to the owner directly which is absurd. They have my credit card on paper which does not mean they can charge me every month. They are trying to justify the credit card fraud.Please use the above details to find the witness of the interaction.
