I called this business for a key replacement on a car and after I had a new key made the car started one time and after a short drive to the store it would not start again I had to spend the next couple days trying to get the car towed but was unable to because the car was too low to the ground and would be damaged if it got towed so multiple tow companies told me no they couldnt do it but the car was stuck in a parking lot and would be towed by the city if not removed I spent the next day towing the car myself which resulted it the front bumper being torn of the car and destroyed the the bumper cost $700 to buy and another $700 to get installed due to custom fitting for the car after the vehicle was towed it was brought directly to my home and I was able to get a diagnostic on the vehicle and it read multiple problems with the key and originally the car had not a single problem with it I called ****** Owsley (business Owner) the one who worked on the vehicle and told him about the situation and he responded poorly and was arguing over the phone when I had asked multiple times if we could talk in person to resolve the issue and he set an appointment up for the next two days to come by when it was time for the appointment I contacted him and was ignored I made a new appointment yesterday and he came by today and looked at the car he told me there was nothing he can do and that it is not on him I asked him if he could give me a full refund for the key which was $160 and he proceeded to open his wallet and say Ill give you $30 when I asked if I could have a full refund again he told me no this is all I have and I took the money from him I ended up having to call him back because he did not give me my keychain back with multiple personal keys on it and later found out they were left in my cars ignition.
