Rented an apartment for 6 months and cleaned the carpet and the whole apartment before giving it back and they still deducted money from my deposit for fresh air! What the h*** does this mean!!. Dont expect them to give you the deposit back theyre just money hungry, they will make up something to take your deposit. Dont deal with them unless you dont want your deposit back!

***************** Claim that we do not give "deposits back" is false and defamatory in nature, his deposit was returned $1800 of which $125 was withheld for a light interior cleaning and odor removal at the laundry room that smelled of cigarette smoke, nothing in ****************** security deposit deposition mentioned that funds were withheld for "fresh air".

This place has been tough to communicate withlots of neglect and typos in their contracts. they refuse to give me back the full deposit that should have been a 1-year lease. Due to their ******** only lived at the property for 6 months. The house was left immaculately I took photos because they never communicated with me promptly. They had a house cleaner and steam cleaning company come in the day before the new tenant moved in. Therefore how could they show a rental that they claim that the home was filthy? However, the cleaning lady could not provide photos or an itemized invoice declaring that the house was not sanitized and cleaned. I hope that this will never happen to anyone else, they took half of my deposit
