I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been hung up on by more than one of the customer service ***s. **** are rude, brash, condescending and dont know a thing about phone etiquette. Every single *** I talk to seems upset that I called. I do not speak rudely to anyone unless they do to me and I sincerely hope they get training on how to be polite. The website itself does not even work. How this business ***** failed yet is beyond me. I have no experience in website creation and I could do better than this. Overall, terrible experience. I will make sure never to get a ticket in ************* so I dont have to speak to any of these people again. Promise.Review from Dandy B

Calling it a "business" would be a stretch. I called for information (only information) and was treated rudely, told I have "no rights" and had to pay the ticket. I was offered no information and none of my questions were answered. The operator (*****) was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. She was extremely rude and should not have a job dealing with people, because she has no people skills whatsoever. When asked to speak to a supervisor because I did not like her tone with me I was told that there was "no other person". Complaint has been filed with ticketing agency already and looking at filing a discrimination complaint against this PTicket as well. If Pticket doesn't want to answer questions for individuals then don't list a phone number.Review from John G

Internet Fee? My son can't walk to the office and has to pay more because of that!On top of that, they refused to accept his **************** Card. Who the h*** does not accept all major credit cards now days?Review from Audrey L

Extremely poorly run, without any humanity. **************** is unable to help with any requests, they direct you to poorly designed automated services. They even add internet service fees to add to the scam after refusing to help you on the phone. Beware of dealing with them.
