  Hello Ms. ******,

  I'm sorry to hear about your situation, but you have filed your complaint against the wrong storage facility. We are Mini Public Storage, located at ****************************************************. We do not have any record of a tenant with your name, address, phone number or email. Likewise, we do not currently have any auctions scheduled. You mentioned "Public Storage" multiple times in your complaint. Public Storage is a different company. They are the largest national chain in our industry. You need to reach out to them directly, or re-file your complaint under the correct company.
