    I paid Fidelity around 8K to handle my IRS tax **** and they filed my Taxes for 2020 & 2021 and were supposed to be resolving my tax **** and as they were taking 500 a month from my bank account there phone number were disconnected and Emails were declined and they continued taking 500 a month for 7 months and i still can not find them and nothing done to help me. Please help me

    I paid approximately 17k to this company to resolve my state and federal tax issues in 2022/23. In addition I paid them $500 to file my 2022 taxes which was never giled. They submitted an OIC for both which got rejected. I was instructed by them they would request an installment plan for State and wait until I receive letters from Federal to resubmit another OIC. It didn't make sense but I followed the instructions. I received a letter from State to intent to levy so I began contacting their office to find out the number was no longer working and the emails I sent rejected. The odd part is that I received this random text from American Tax Solutions who stated the acquired my case from Fidelity. I began calling abd texting them for at least a month when I finally got a call back from ********************* who had worked on my case with Fidelity. Per ****** Fidelity was bought out by ATS and she had over 1500 cases that she was working on and she was the only with access to the data base. Nonetheless she had me complete another authorization and provide her all my documents so she could work on my State installment plan. In between this interaction ky bank was levied and I continued to get notices. I would call her everyday at least 3 times a day with no response. I would call ATS main number and all they would do is transfer me to her. I finally got ahold of her again in December and she confirmed via email that she submitted my paperwork to the *** on December 22, 2023. It's not March and I received another threatening letter from State. I attempted to contact ATS mainline since I was nit getting any progress connecting with ****** to find out she no longer works with ATS. They transferred me to a supervisor name ****** who states they don't have my case and that ATS only acquired Fidelity data base which is not true because ****** was calling and emailing me through ATS. This is fraud and I am out of 17k plus with no resolution to my case. I want my money back !!

    This company destroyed our family cost us a lot more than taxes losses fine and penalties it destroyed us then left us with criminal action taken against us all while sending money to them to resolve issues years and years wasted fines fees penalties and LOSS stay away Im still waiting for a call back thank goodness I couldnt afford to hold my breath huge waste of time, money and life while they spoke to you like its your fault they screwed your bank account over again and again

    This Company promised me to resolve my taxes issues. They charged me 500 USD up-front and then they charged my bank account, never heard back from them I want a refund on this.Its been 1 year and no information or email from them I sent an email to them, they blocked my email

    Based on their BBB Rating in 2018, was referred to them to help resolve my tax problems (Case# *****). Agreement set upwith their promise (per ***************************) to help me resolve my tax problems and set up a payment plan based on the end result to pay the *** on an agreed upon amount. Once all money depleted and no additional income aside from monthly social security income, opted to do taxes myself versus paying $500.00 to Fidelity to do basic **** taxes, communication became more infrequent with me having to constantly contact them for status update. Last communication initiated by me on 12/21 asking for status on resolution. Have reached out continuously in 2022 and 2023 with less and less communication. On 10/3/2023, the *** placed a hold on all funds in my account leaving me with a zero balance. Made numerous attempts to contact Fidelity at ************** and the phone has been disconnected. Attempted to call local # **************, no answer, no answering machine to leave a message. ***************************, my point of contact at ************, same problem. There is no way to contact them. They should be forced to finish what they started or refund all monies.

    I contacted by this company to offered to help me settle my tax debt. They charged me approx. 30% of my tax liability( which was about $28,000) They started immediately drafting my bank account every 2 weeks on my paydays. They did nothing about my tax relief since during this time a tax lien was placed on me. After the tax lien was filed and I called them. They finally sent me paperwork for an offer in compromise knowing this would not be accepted. I am in the process of connecting with another tax company that will be actually helping me resolve my tax issue. I have tried to call Fidelity several times to request a refund, but they are not answering phones or email messages. I believe that they are scammers with questionable practices.

    I have a current tax issue, I was trying to resolve it. I contacted the Fresh Start Tax Initiative and was hooked up with this company. I have been working with them ( in reality, not) for over 1 year They have played me when i have been contacting them referring me to another person. and another person. and now they have disappeared. have given them over **** of my money to resolve this issue. Now I am out that money,

    I hired Fidelity Tax Relief approximately 2 years ago to help with my *** taxes and they charged me $28,000 and told me that they would negotiate another $28,000 to the *** and the payments to the *** would start about six months later. We always called to see what was going and they would ************** to call us back the next day and never did. Now a couple weeks ago I get a call from ATS ********* saying that they took over the case for Fidelity and charged me another $9,000 to continue the case. SO FIDELITY IS NOT CALLING ME BACK!!!! They totally ripped me off!! My room mate got taken for $1,700 and my wife another $500!!

    In June 2022 I contacted Fidelity tax relent to help me with my tax debt, back taxes and to complete tax returns from 2019. They drafted me back account by weekly. I sent them all the information that get asked for and the forms that I was sent to give the power of attorney to handle my debts. I have not heard anything from them since February I have called, faxed and emailed no answers. Today I called and the main **** number said not in service. I tried one of the specialist direct number only recording then sent to the answering service. I have all the contact names and the receipts that I paid themI just want them to resolve my tax issues
