    I ordered a PG600 that the online store said was in stock spending over $400. On March 26th I canceled the order as I found it elsewhere. It is now April 22nd and I still have not received a refund. I have had to file a report with PayPal so we shall see if this ever gets resolved. Not only was their inventory wrong the item was overpriced compared to everyone else. (Which I was willing to pay as I needed it). I would highly recommend not using this company and wish I would have come here to see reviews before ordering.

    I just ordered for the first and last time with Entirely Pets Pharmacy. Their customer service was horrible. I ordered a ********* Recovery collar that was shipped priority mail. When you opened the mail the collar came out with no packaging around it. The size was too large. I called to see about returning and getting the correct size. They said I couldn't return because the package was opened. What package? Priority mail? I will never order anything from them again if they don't reach out and do the right thing. I will tell everyone I know to never order from them as well and leave a truthful review every chance I get.

    This online pharmacy is incompetent and unreliable. I placed an "in-stock" order for my dog on 2/16, which they verified the very next day on 2/17, and it's 3/1 and it still hasn't shipped. I've contacted customer service every day for the last week and all they do is apologize and say it should've shipped, which it hasn't. Even got ****, the Pharmacy and **************** Manager on the phone and he did the same, but also said he would personally check and call me with an update, which, of course, he did not. I've emailed them multiple times with no response. Their customer service is horrible. Their support for our pet's health is horrible. If it weren't for the discounts, I'd never have anything to do with this company again, but I must say that the discounts are not worth the hassles of the incompetence you deal with when you order from Entirely Pets Pharmacy. Shame on *********** should just go out of business.

    Horrible, deceitful and overtly unethical business practices. I placed an online order for a prescription medication for my pet and received an invoice as a PDF attachment to my order confirmation the same day, detailing my charges for a total of $99.01. When inspecting my credit card statement a few weeks later I noticed that I was charged $112.11 for the order, even though I never received any notice of or explanation for the overcharge. I attempted to contact the company multiple times via email to dispute the overcharge and never received a response. When I called and finally spoke to someone on the phone, they very rudely told me that basically "the price went up" AFTER I placed the order and received a final invoice, even though I was never informed, and they flatly refused to make any adjustment. Very unethical, deceitful, and rude business practices and even worse customer service. There is a reason there are so many complaints against this company (see the complaints against their primary online store!). The pharmacy also refused to return my prescription to me when I requested, and then refused to respond to a new pharmacy seeking to transfer the prescription to them, despite several attempts to initiate the transfer. I have never received such blatantly unethical and fraudulent service from any online business or pharmacy before.

    After numerous mistakes with my autoship I have cancelled my order with them & would never use them again. Every month they tried to **** a debit card that had been cancelled, they had the correct one on file. Every month they sent a request to my vet even though my bottle says to Refill as needed until 04/2023. After I cancelled both my ************* subscription I get two emails. One saying your *********************** has been cancelled then a second one telling me they got the request back from the vet & will be shipping my order. The customer service person I talked to regarding the email telling me they were sending the request to my vet despite having the refills tells me "they can't control what the email says". Really?? Because its coming from your company.

    I have found Entirely pets pharmacy to be very good at communications and they really did get his medicine out quickly. The prices are good and I have absolutely no complaints. I have recommended this site to others.

    Yes, I received my allergy medicine for my dog. I am very happy with your products and service. The price for this allergy medicine is a lot cheaper then my veterinarian.
