On October 5th 2023 I dropped of a *** package to be shipped since this location is deemed an access point. I was also there to pick up an online order of 2 cricut vinyl rolls and premium fine point cricut blades. I was given regular fine point blades in my order. My order wasn't ready despite me receiving an email saying so. I was tracking the package as this was a gift my aunt and uncle paid me to do for my cousin. The package still hasn't arrived and it's still saying it's at this location per the *** website. For this very reason, I'm unable to file a claim on the package. I have asked for managers/MODs help. They're always willing to look where they keep their packages, however this was dropped off 5 weeks ago. One manager suggested I call their customer service to file a claim, however, their customer service is outsourced and they're not equipped to understand the complexity of my issue. They kept asking for an order number not comprehending it was a package dropped off and not an issue with a package received. I have called and left messages for the store manager and he has never returned my phone calls. This situation is still unresolved At this point, I'm beyond frustrated with how this was handled. I never received a receipt for my drop off, I received the wrong item in my online order, but I needed to use it right away so I didn't return it (however I didn't receive the price difference in the item), and no one is taking this seriously or knows what to do in this situation. The item shipped was an item I handmade from materials I've purchased from *******'s. I'm an extremely loyal customer as I'm on their makerplace, I'm a *******'s credit card holder, and I recently done custom framing with them. I make several purchases weekly. At this point, I'm expecting to reimbursed for all costs totaling $60 This is an item I sell on makerplace as well.
