  I obtained a loan through the 3rd party the Jewler used. The prices on their social media platform were not the prices quoted via text messages. I still decided on a bracelet that was 2.5k. Prior to the purchase I spent $600 on a ring but had not received it yet. After the finance contract went through BEFORE the item was shipped I received the ring and was not happy with the quality. I immediately contacted diamond city via text and was told I was unable to stop payment on the purchase. I then called the finance company told them I had not received the product and wanted to cancel. They said I was well within the time frame to do so. I reached back out to business and was told you shouldnt sign something you dont want they also said that the finance company would side with them. On the website it says I had 3 days to return, due to the holiday I told them on the morning of the third day. ***** the *** told me that I couldnt stop the process and the 3 day policy only applies online. Witch isnt stated ANYWHERE on the site.

  In October of 2022 I purchased $2500.00 worth of Diamond city Jewelers Gift certificates (see attachments) they were purchased through a partner collective my business has been with for a long time called BizX. Short version is its all business owners who trade services to save money and we spend bizx dollars instead . Bizx dollars have the same value per dollar as usd . They are registered certificates with unique individual serial numbers . I inquired about a Cuban gold necklace for $2200 dollars and immediatey was met with opposition. They had bought the company Years ago from the people who opened the account with bizx but never closed the account . So all of those certificates were still valid. I was ignored for months I called almost every day for the first mont and only spoke to the owner **** maybe 3 times he was always on vacation or in the hospital it seemed . Finally 3 months later . He agrees to honor the certificates and asks for the name of the Cuban I wanted . He sent it what I received I immediately brought to Bellevue rare coins and they appraised the necklace at $165(the picture of the necklace for $200). I was so upset . I contacted **** and asked him why he thought I would be ok with something valued almost $2000 less than what I had sent in certificates. I was by rude as much as I really wanted to be .I asked one more time to please do the right thing. He said he was done with me and havent heard from him in about a month . Its not even worth getting into why I needed that necklace . .. But if he knew he may have felt a lot differently about the situation either way they kept $2200 in certificates and I got a $160 necklace. Absolutely blows my mind how inconsiderate this man is .
