I want to first send a warning to others who might engage in this online service (connected via ********). I paid for 3 months and received no bonafide services. I do realize that I might not get a refund due to being under contract. My purpose for this complaint is so I can hopefully stop others from losing money for no services. I agreed to pay $******* for 3 months on 4/16/22. Since that contract I have only spoken with the life coach (Ms. *************) twice via telephone. I signed up on 4/16/2022 and to date I have submitted more than 10 documents for completion (Automated) in which I did complete promptly and returned to Ms. *******. To date there was no discussion or review on any of these completed documents. There's minimal contact via an app called *****. On 5/6/22, I sent an email to Ms. ******* informing her that I want out of the program due to lack of services. She responded no as I'm under contract. On 5/22/22 I again via ***** informed Ms. ******* that I'm not receiving any services and I need her to reach out and help me. She sent back 2 quick walkie talkie messages with little concern or guidance. On 5/28/22, I sent a lengthy email about my frustrations and I haven't received any reply as of this current date (5/30/22). I'm not seeking an apology or a response from Ms. *******. I am seeking to find out if this is a legitimate company and hopefully warn others. Sincerely, *****************Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/30) */ Hello, to who this may pertain Please see attached. Responding to ***************'s complaint, Everything that this woman said was a blatant lie. At this current moment at the conclusion of her contract she has not paid the entire balance of her contract, she canceled her credit card and has repeatedly ignored my emailing her in attempt to first rectify what was going on, and secondly to recoup what she owes for her participating in the small group holistic nutrition and movement coaching. First off she had four 1:1 calls, The remainder of which she forgo when she canceled and stopped answering my calls. She showed up to five or six of our small group calls, and received an entire three months worth of exercise programming and nutrition/diet outline. For the first four weeks after which I was going to switch out to another template based off of how her body responded. We never got to that point because she decided to disappear, and forgo any responsibility or ownership in this coaching process. In regards to the ************* app that I utilize with my clients on *****, Per my promise I always responded by the end of day, if any questions or struggles were arising. I also did respond to her paper handouts that was a part of the program, even if it wasn't the "way she wanted to have that addressed" in our calls or over *****. She was logged onto the platform that I coach on as recently as 3 days ago which is in the photos. The reasons that Ms.******** came to me in the first place was #1 to help her in her ********************************** composition as well as her own body acceptance. #2 to repair her relationships with her significant other and family #3 to help her fear of trying to control and have anxiety over everything A coaching process is a constant means of communication in full transparency from client to coach, Ms.******** did not do so in how she decided to show up, how she presented herself, and ownership of what was going on, despite that. She repaired her relationship with her family, and I was aiming to help in other areas with the diet, the inflection within herself for other belief systems and bringing about more presence. But again, I cannot make anyone do anything. I upheld my end of the agreement, In every way. And Miss********************************** financially but also within her showing up in the program. Because of that I am actually pursuing things legally in small claims court. That being said she will not be receiving a refund for the two months that she did pay for. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions and thank you for your time Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/07/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Thank you for following up on my complaint. Below are my responses to Ms.********'s recount of our time spent: 1. I never received any phone calls from Ms. ******* to rectify the situation. She did send a threatening email about taking me to small claims court for final payment. 2. The contract is still ongoing with an end date of 7/16/22. 3. I sent Ms. ******* an email on 5/6/22 informing her that I was not receiving the services that were promised and asked to be released from the contract. She responded there are no refunds and no release from the contract. I tried again to get my needs met and Ms. ******* continued to not respond to any of the data/forms I was sending on a weekly basis. Her exercise program is an app called ********** and is programmed to default workouts, they are not tailored for individuals. Yes she did communicate via ***** which is a ************* app. I spoke with her via phone on 4 occasions which was inclusive of my Initial consultation. The diet plan she sent me as I requested was a vegan plan that was also not tailored to an individual, there were so many foods that I couldn't eat on the plan, Ms. ******* blamed me for the failure because I wasn't coming out of my comfort zone, and she stated " this is why I don't like diet plans". I thought she was a nutrition coach. 4. My biggest concern with Ms. *******'s online program is that according to her linkedin bio, Ms. ******* is an online nutrition and movement coach and holds a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Yet; she sells her services/programs via ******** as a guru of helping others with trauma and mental health issues. I have numerous ** posts about her statements of mental health issues and how you should handle them. I would like to know if Ms. ******* has a degree in Social Services or any degree or certificate that relates to healing mental health issues for complete strangers. I understand that I should have done my research before signing a contract with someone I didn't know, lesson learned. 5. The fact that Ms.******* stated that all I stated was a blatant lie gives you a small window of how she reacts. She is suppose to be representing her business as helping people and yet she calls me out and she did when I was attempting to work with her. " She stated in a ***** message when I expressed my concerns, you know you're not my only client". 6. I didn't hire Ms. ******* to help me with my personal relationship with my partner. Ms. ******* is misrepresenting her business. It's not her place to tell me how I should handle a family matter; especially not knowing me or my family's history. I believe this can be a slippery slope. 7. I was very vulnerable when I hired Ms. ******* for her services and it's my belief that she preys upon this type of personality. Thank you again for following up on this important situation. *************** Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/07/11) */ I called and emailed Miss******** back after her email saying that she was done with the program, in the email she said that there was no need to respond... Yet I did and she never responded. The contract is ongoing however as I mentioned before she has not made her final payment and I have paid and put the time into the program that I originally created the contract for, however Miss******** has not fulfilled her end of the year contract and has not shown up for any calls, or responded to any of my messages on *****. Not fulfilling her end of the contract, which is the reason that I mentioned pursuing her for. After I gave her her meal plan which was made for her, I asked her if it looked like that was something that was feasible, she said that she would try it however as far as I can tell she never decided to actually do so. She hired me to be able to drop body fat as one goal, however I cannot do so if she does not trust me or utilize what I create for her. Communication is both ways from Coach to client, she did not articulate trying it, she said she would the following week and I never heard back from her. In regards to her exercise program, I created one for her and she ended up not wanting it because of her being deeply involved within ********* she wanted some thing somewhat immediately and in an attempt to meet her needs and also bring down the amount of inflammation and pain she was having from her ******** workouts I gave her what we call a general preparatory phase programming, consisting of body weight and mobility exercises, I did take into account all of the needs that Miss******** had before assigning this to her, but again the original program that I gave her was too much so I decided to switch it for something less intensive, and giving a lower stress signaling response to her tissues which was part of the overarching vision of her being able to get her body composition and health where she wanted to. Miss******** first met me off of ********, that is where we had all of our communication, you can tell that she is searching it for something to grasp in this way being that she went to seek out my ******** profile which has not been updated since I graduated with my masters degree in exercise phys, sports nutrition and acquired the behavior credentials that I have. That biography is far outdated and I've been locked out of that profile for two years. So yes it is not up-to-date, it is not accurate as to what I market in my services however my ******** is current and has been ever since the beginning of communication with Miss********. And she was fully aware of all of these things being a member of my private group free from fat and anxiety. Interacting with my contact and marketing dozens of times before signing a contract Yes I wish Miss******** the best, as I do for all my clients. A little communication and introspection being fully truthful and both goes a long way. Hopefully Miss******** can find that for herself
