    On September 11, 2024 I paid in full **** from Trac Dynamics **** a total of $1032.30 for the order of a motorcycle swing arm. I was supposed to receive within 3 to 4 business weeks. It is now January 9, I have attempted to contact him numerous times in December. He told me hed ship it out in two days then in late September he told me he would ship it out before Christmas and that is all I have spoke to him. Ive tried to call the business numerous times. The phone is off the hook. You can only leave a voicemail. The only contact Ive had with him with through Instagram on direct message. I have all messages and everything documented I want a refund of my money and the public to know this guy is up to scams.

    Ordered a Part for Motorcycle in August with a ship time of 3 week. Was told that half of cost of the part would be required at time of order and other half would charged when shipped. Part has still not shipped and was charged full amount. We have left numerous Voicemails for all departments with no return call. We have sent numerous emails with no response back. Open PO # ***** has been open for 114 days. Still have not received part and no response from this Company. Only communication has been through social media *** that is 3rd party.

    Purchased 4-1-24 Was told that it could take up to 5-12 weeks for a lead time Ive called and emailed multiple times with no response. Then wrote on the Instagram messenger and received a response stating it about 2 more weeks at a date of 8/13/24. No tracking number or contact was made again until I wrote on instagram messenger again 9/28/24 and was told to wait a couple hours till someone could answer my questions about the order. Then no response from them has been received

    I ordered a part on August 8 from Trac Dynamics. It has been past the time frame of delivery which is 5 to 12 weeks listed on their website. I still have not received my product. I have called SEVERAL times and 9 times out of 10 the phone goes straight to voicemail. The few times I have made it through, I was told that I will get called back with an update within the hour, but never received a call back every time they have told me that. On top of that, I have left multiple voicemails and have not received a call back. Furthermore, I have sent multiple emails regarding an update on my product and have not received an email back. Lastly, I have contacted the company on Instagram direct messages and have been told TWICE that they are going to check on the status of my order and get back to me, and sure enough, never did. I am out of options of trying to contact the company. If they are scamming me, I want my money back. If they are just a company with HORRIBLE customer service and ethics, I want my order that I paid for plus a partial refund at least to match their current going sale of 25%.

    Purchased and paid $1830.00 for a Struxure swingarm on 07/13/2003. Still have not received the product or a refund. I have left a ridiculous amount of messages, sent emails, text messages and messages on social media. The few times I have actually been able to speak with **** he gives me the same bull**** of it will be sent out in 2 more weeks. The last time I was actually able to talk to **** was 4/3/24. He told me that he pulled my order since it was so old and put it on top so it be mailed out next week when he gets the next order back from anodizing. Shocker that never happened and now I am not able to get ahold of anyone. I have asked for either my product or a refund multiple times. At this point I just want my money back so I can purchase a swingarm from a company that will actually send me one!

    I ordered a swing arm from the company in June of 2022. I was told 3-8months to fulfill the order. Order was fulfilled with the wrong swing arm for a bagger motorcycle. We tried reaching out multiple times but never received any response about it. We ended up selling the wrong part and re ordering the new piece around August/a couple months later. I have been calling the company pretty consistently for the last couple months and every time they say oh yes. We know who this is. We are working on it. Its will ship out this date. We will give you a call dates come and go. No call. Wont give me what I paid for or send me my money back.

    I purchased to items online with a value of over $3000. never received my items. tried multiple times to make contact little to no replies.. I canceled my order due to the length of time I've been waiting at least 30 weeks.. They have not reimbursed me or accepted my calls.. I get no response back about my reimbursement . From what I gather I'm not the first person this has happened too. I just want my money refunded

    I ordered online a product for a motorcycle on (November 28th 2023) order number 4326, money came out of my account to ********************** that day. I have pictured to show original confirmation order. Weeks go by and I never got contacted about any follow up information or a shipping date, I took action first on ( 1/1/24). Hoping to find out what was going on seeing as these are custom made items.. no response back. Second time I took action was (1/12/2024) again no response on any follow up information. 3rd email and a forward go out (1/22/2024), I have pictures to support my claim. Called this company prob 15x in process Im willing to get call logs to prove how many times I have called and never got a response. Filed a claim with ***** on (feb14.2024) for fraud within 3to 6 days I received a temporary credit for the total of *****. Never any conclusion email and nothing from Trac dynamics. Fast forward to 4 days ago (may 17,2024) the money gets reversed out of my bank account after 3 months. Still no conclusion email, so I called my bank Monday morning. They tell me youre past 60 day grace ****** for when I could file a claim. And they were not going to be any help further and to contact Trac.so I called Trac at 12:05 pm which is 9am in **********, finally someone answered he took my name and information and said they would get back to me, heard nothing back so I called 3x around 4:52. Nobody answers the phone BUTA SOMEONE through the messaging system texts me, please text me We continue the conversation and give him the order number, my response was I will check on this for you and were not picking up because your number has been reported as spam. Clarifying to me that they dont want to deal with it. Im out the money ***** and never got a decent customer response or ally product I ordered. I would like to get a full refund back from Trac for over 7 months with no contact, terrible services and fraud
