    ORDER #US393994 - Hello I got an email January 9th 2023 that my order shipped but according to ***** tracking ************ they havent even receive the package yet. Only a label was created I was told by one of honey birdette reps that ***** is not scanning in the items but they will be scanned in as they move through transit. The tracking still shows that not a label was made, no activity. I contacted ***** and they confirmed that they never received the package for shipment I need these items by 1/14/23 as one of the items was meant for a birthday gift. 3 days ago ***** was suppose to reach out to your warehouse and get back to me with an update and she claims the warehouse stated that parcel was shipped yet they cannot furnish any evidence from ***** or put an official statement together with that claim. I asked for proof and they are not responding Its now been a week since ** claims my packages shipped and ***** shows no movement or activity that my parcel was even received it scanned by them at any point. Even if ***** didnt make the initial scan as they picked up my parcel they would have scanned in my parcel at each location on the way to me. I reached out to ***** and they confirmed they never received my parcel.I live in ********** and the ** warehouse is also in **********. Even if my parcel was shipped it would have arrived to me days ago.I want a full refund at this point. This is not my responsibility and I should not be penalized for ***** Birdettes lack of providing **************** tracking of my order. ****** the US team manager was suppose to follow up and havent heard back from her either

    I purchased several items from this business. The items were defective. I requested replacements from their physical store in ***********, **. When the replacements arrived, they were defective as well. I requested a refund for the products in the store. As a result, the store only refunded me for 2 of three items returned.

    When I originally spoke to someone from Honey Birdette I was told that I could get a refund for the items purchased, after purchasing the items I called in to return them and they told me they would only give me store credit. After speaking with **** from the store she told me that she would return my orders. I told her which items we would be keeping then asked to return the remaining items. **** only did a partial return and now Honey birdette wont respond to any of my emails. It has been over one month and she promised to return the unwanted items

    I was gifted a virtual gift card in the amount of $500USD via the Honey Birdette (**) website, directly to my email address in June 2021. The gift certificate was valid through ****. I purchased one (1) item from ** totaling $68 in 2021. I referenced the original email and logged in to the ** website to use the remainder of my balance in May 2023. The balance showed $0 remaining. As detailed in the email exchanges attached here*, my virtual gift card was used by another person or entity according to the company. I have concerns that an employee may have accessed and used my gift card or that the ** website is not able to secure their customers data and information. The concern arises from the fact that my email accounts all have 2-factor authentication and the gift certificate was only stored in my email account and ** website. I did not share the gift certificate information with anyone else at any time. I received no security alerts nor login attempts from ****** nor confirmation of an order(s) from **, despite my email address allegedly being used to place the fraudulent order(s) totaling $432 in April 2023.I am concerned about how ** handles my information as a customer. The lack of transparency about the fraudulent orders is especially egregious. ** has only provided me a copy of their ****************** and an apology. I seek compensation in the form of a newly issued gift card in the amount of $432USD. I also seek full disclosure of the information of the fraudulent purchases from ** to the BBB so that the BBB may act as a third party to confirm the information ** provided to me.     Honey Birdette offered a 50% off sale for cyber Monday. This is great deal considering their sets are normally 300+. I was able to purchase two sets for the price of one. However, when my products arrived they smelled of of fish and chemicals and were clearly a much larger size despite being labeled "small". I requested a refund since I could not tolerate the unpleasant smell of the garments and they were clearly larger sizes mislabeled as smalls. Honey Birdette refuses to refund and says their policy is that sale items can only be exchanged or credited. The problem is my sizes are not available and the quality of the product is not acceptable due to the overwhelming fish smell. Attached are photographs comparing ************************************ to the "smalls" sent by Honey Birdette. As you can see, the Honey Birdette items are 4 inches larger. Meaning that these are most likely XL relabeled as smalls to trick the consumer. These sale items were mislabeled by honey Birdette so that the customer would have to return the 50% off items and use forced credit on full price items. This is fraudulent and illegal.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/15) */ The Customer reached out to complain that the items purchased during the recent Sale were faulty and fraudulently labelled. When asked to send photographs of the faulty items, the Customer sent through photographs of a size comparison with a different brand that is in no way associated with Honey Birdette. The Customer believed that, due to the difference in sizing between another company and ourselves, that Honey Birdette was guilty of labelling their products incorrectly. This is not the case. You cannot compare and contrast between different brands at different price points. As outlined to the Customer and in line with the Terms & Conditions of the Sale that were agreed to upon purchasing- as these items are in no way faulty, they are not eligible for Refund. The Customer has been offered a Credit or Exchange for these products which they have declined. She has since been offered a Refund. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/12/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Yes, I will accept the full refund from Honey Birdette for the fraudulently labeled and smelly garments that I purchased. Honey Birdette has now provided a shipping label to return the items for a full refund despite their adamant refusal before my filing with the ***. Thank you to the *** for holding this company accountable for their shady cyber Monday marketing ploy.

    I never received my order I didn't get a package and there ain't no orse signed off that I received And I've contacted them multiple times threw chat they say to email which I have and never get a response I call and you can never get a call back It's been way to long and they neglect and refuse to help They won't give me the name of the person who signed off on the package so I can asked who ever signed off on it about my order or to see who received it because I didn't I' want a full refund for order I.     When I shopped at the store, and since there were no penty liners, and I felt wrong to put the penties on, so I purchased a size that I usually purchase. Once I tried penties on, it became apparent, some don't fit, I thought ok, too much pasta, but then I measured those, and they were 2" smaller, than website suggested so I brought the items back to the shop, since they were faulty (missized). Salesperson (new person, I have not seen in the shop before) refused to accept the items, saying that I don't have a receipt, I requested the salesperson to pull my receipt from the system, since previous sales person told me, if I am in the system I don't need to keep a receipt, I came home and checked my receipt (I kept a bag with all the items and receipts in it), the receipt indeed shows that I signed an agreement " HB will exchange, credit or refund your LINGERIE goodies within 45 days, if swing tags are attached and the item has not been worn... ...We do not offer refunds on sale items unless faulty. Below is a receipt, and a size guide of the company, penties measure to 34" fully stretched, and size chart says Medium should fit a person 37.5-39.5

    Order #******** I ordered the Belinda Set (bra, 2 sets of underwear, garter and stockings) during their sale on 7/2/22. It was delivered 7/8/22, upon receiving it the bra was too small so I went through the process of an exchange. The bra was returned to them on 7/11/22 and signed for by *****. Now over 15 business days later, multiple emails, even reaching out on social media I have no information about my exchange. I have tried calling and emailing and no one will email me back or call me. I want my exchange as my item was returned over 15 business days ago.
