            This is actually my second complaint. I had filed one on 10/24/2024 against ****** Landscaping License No. ******, and came to learn today, 10/27/2024 that they have an additional Licence No. ****** under the name of ***** **** Landscaping. I hired ***** **** of ****** Landscaping after he had come out several times to review the location and work needed to be done. He was hired to clean out a clogged gutter and drain, which was to include replacing the drain. Initial cost was quoted at $350. He then found it needed to be replaced and connected to another drain location, with price going to $500. I agreed with this. On May 5th the work started and was not completed until May 10th, although he was paid on May 9th. During this time, he said that I needed to have one of my sprinkler values replaced and would do it with an additional $70 cost. He did replace a value system. But what he didn't tell me that he had replaced with a 1" pipe and changed the height, approximately 4" higher than the other values. As a result, I didn't realize it originally but it caused my other sprinklers leak, to not ??ow properly, and reduce ??ow to the sprinklers. I contacted a landscaping person to check my system, and they opened up the mud around the base of the values to learn about the change of piping to 1" and were not able to ??x it. I called ***** **** about this on October 16 about this, and he said he didn't remember me nor doing any work for me. I gave him a review of what he had done, and ??***** he said he would come in a week, and then he said he wouldn't be coming. I said he needed to come within 24 hours or I would be reporting him, as he needed to ??x his mistake with my system. I called a couple of more times and he never responded to me.
