  In August of 2021 ************************* came to my home and stated he was the owner of ************ Quality Fiberglass pools and signed a contract to construct a pool at our home. Over a year later the pool is nowhere near complete. Recently **** was at our home and told my wife and I to "go f* yourselves" and stated I quit. We tried to resolve the problems after that, but **** has gone weeks and months avoiding our calls and text messages. When we finally would talk with him he would just hang up the phone on us, threatening to quit the job since we already paid almost the full balance. After the last hang up we began to investigate his license more and discovered that ************************* is not the owner of San **** Quality Fiberglass pools. We contacted ******************* who is the owner and stated that he loans his license to **** and he had access to his contracts. When he realized that we were asking questions about licenses and contracts he hung up and he stopped answering our calls. We found out at least 3 companies that ************************* states to be an owner, San **** quality Fiberglass Pools, Quality Pools and ********* Unique Pools. We called the credit card company and we were informed that ************************* used our credit card under another company. ************ Quality Pool and Fitness. We called some of his subcontractors to ask some questions about ******************* history. We realized most of ***** subcontractors are not licensed. In Fact, many of them didn't want to keep taking to us, because of their immigration status. One of his 'guys' stated that **** will never get caught, that he has been using people's licenses for a long time. Please we would like the BBB To investigate *************************. We believe he has been committing fraud since early 70s. He uses people's licenses to get clients to sign his contracts, harass clients to pay most of the balance prior to finishing the job and threatening to quit since he already obtained the money. We believe he is a fraud.

  When we signed a contract with the "owner" of San **** Quality Fiberglass pools he provided us with a contractors license that belonged to another party. We recently discovered the person we signed the contract with is not the owner and the actual license owner had no idea there was a contract completed at our residence We have paid almost the full amount of the contract and the pool is no where near complete. It has been over a year. When we paid he used a different company with a different license number to accept payment He has used unlicensed workers.He has told my wife and I to "f*** off" and stated that he quit our job on multiple occasions. He has gone weeks without answering calls or texts and most recently while trying to discuss a way to finish he hung up the phone on me. He claims to be the owner of multiple companies but is using the license of ******************* the owner of San **** Quality Fiberglass pools. One of his workers informed us that he has never had a license and uses the license of other contractors to obtain work.
