I had my glasses done about less than a year ago. They came really fast and looked great. However one of the lens kept falling out. I reached out to customer service and they provided me with a shipping label to send them back for repair. My glasses came back extremely fast! Customer Support team is the best I've dealt with. They are so helpful and always willing to help. Nowadays excellent service is hard to find. I will continue to use this company for future services!Review from Vince U

My glasses broke during a business trip, I tried to get them repaired locally in ** but couldnt. I skeptically placed an order with l Overnight Glasses the day before I was returning home, thinking they would likely take days to get my progressive prescription right. To my delight, my new glasses arrived the next day! Not only was the service as promised, I somehow see better with the new glasses even though the prescription was the same. Not sure if OG was more precise than the lab my Optometrist uses but I see much more defined with the new glasses. Also the frames are great looking. Will be using OG from now on for all my glasses, even if not in a rush - its great to know they are detailed oriented and fast! Thanks OG, you have a new loyal customer!Review from Josh C

Awesome service. My glasses dropped out of my shirt pocket onto the cement and the lenses got scratched in the field of sight. So annoying! Expecting to pay for a new pair, I called ************************, and they replaced them for free--no questions asked! They even paid for shipping both ways! ************************** is the best! Exceptional With wildfires and evacuation notices looming, I really had no expectation that my glasses would be a priority. Nevertheless, I received periodic updates and the product just as expected.
