    ****** flat out lied to me about the condition of the vehicle he sold me. On advertising they say the car looks new (I have proof) and when I asked about the exterior of the car, he told me just a few scratches and that's it!! When I got the car delivered (finally after 10 days for a 7 hour drive) the car has MAJOR blemishes such as dents, dings, scratches and MAJOR sun damage!! I was so upset, I notified ****** right away!! I ended up taking it to a professional to have them shine it up and it cost me **** to do that!! The professional pointed out that the dealership used a colored wax to hide blemishes for pictures. I have not been happy with this vehicle from the day I received it!! Now to make it look as they advertised it (like new) it will cost ***** in paint!!

Consequently the car was priced accordingly. There is no such thing as "colored wax" to hide blemishes. When you buy a car long distance, it is best to have it inspected by a third party. Although, We try to describe it as accurate as we can. I have enclosed the exterior pictures from the original ad. That is what she saw. Feel free to contact me for more information if needed. I also have proof from the professional who cleaned my car when I got it in such a bad mess from Valley Coach. They can lie all they want, I have proof of the description he told me the car was in, and the way it came to me. They lied through the whole transaction, even with the shipping details! They shipped the car with lights burned out, they obviously don't care about customer service, or having happy customers. The truck brock down************* and my understanding is that she drove ******** to pick it up. We refunded her $400 which was half of the cost of the transportation. the car left our dealership clean and after a thorough safety inspection. Cars typically get dirty during transportation and a light bulb can get a "bump" on a trailer and become malfunction. Evan if it was an oversite on our part, it is not the "end of the world". I had nothing to do with the shipping, Valleycoach (who says had no affiliation) arranged the shipping and then kept telling me the truck was broke down ******** when it wasn't!! I talked to the driver myself, and he told me the truth!! And if they say I used a shipping company not affiliated with them, why did they refund 1/2 the shipping? Because THEY are the ones that arranged the shipping, not me!!! And Again, they sold me a car that looked and ran new, and sent me a car that didn't look OR run new!!! And since he sent in the pictures they showed on the advertisement, and you saw the pictures of what I actually received, you will see it is not as good of shape as their "pictures" they posted to sell the car!! I was shown the colored wax they put on the car to hide the blemishes when I took it to a professional to have it cleaned. The transmission went out right after I got the car, that cost me THOUSANDS of dollars, and then to have it painted to what they sold me, is going to be thousands of dollars!! I feel like this company ripped me off and hope they can't do it to anyone else!! This car has so much sun fade, dents and scratches that should have been described to me, as the customer! especially since I asked ****** SEVERAL times what the exterior looked like, and he lied saying just a few minor scratches!! Then when I receives the car, I text him saying I am mad he lied to me about the condition of the car!! He knew I was upset, and told me I am stuck with the car now!! I don't believe for 2 seconds they actually have a mechanic look over their vehicles. I believe I was sent a car with a bad transmission because it has now cost me WAY too much!! This company Mis-represented this vehicle to me in every way possible!! How dare him call me a liar when you can see that is what he said! When I messaged ****** on 2/25/22 letting him know I am upset with the condition of the car because he didn't disclose the exterior damage to me, he called me immediately and his response was, you accepted the car in shipping you are stuck with it now. We are willing to send you 1/2 the shipping (when I had asked for the full shipping back because of what I dealt with trying to get the car delivered) and he said don't leave us a review!! And I have left them reviews because I don't believe they have handle any part of this in a professional manner at all!! Here is the text I sent ****** when I saw the car. I also sent him pictures of the car with this text, and then proof he called me after he received this text from me letting him know I am not happy!! When ****** called me on 2/25/22, I then told him to come get the car because he lied to me, he said "you are stuck with it because you accepted it in shipping" Consumer Response /* (3000, 23, 2022/08/19) */ I would also LOVE to see the mechanic notes on this vehicle since he said they have it looked over!! I know for a fact, this car had transmission issues when they sent it too!! I have had to pay thousands of dollars to replace the transmission on this vehicle that I was told I'm stuck with!! They advertise their vehicles as looking and running new, but that is definitely not what they send!! How are they even still in business? They mis-represent their vehicles like this, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that they did that to!
