This is not a reputable auction house... BUYER BEWARE. They engage in shill ***ding and the HiBid software they use gives them access to see your max *** amount and within the last minute of ***ding they will (I'll give you my eyes on account of what happened) within the last 30 seconds an item that had my winning *** of $7.50 but I put $30 as my max ***, and I watched as the *** jump to $35 then flash red notifying me that I was out*** then miraculously it changed again and now the winning *** amount was $30 and guess who the winner was, me. They had to place a $35 *** so that my max *** would be exhausted. It was clear as day what transpired because I was sitting there staring at the screen and saw it with my own eyes. So I sent the auction house an email telling them that I witnessed what happened and I saw that someone else beat me and how is it possible that I'm now the winner? Before I got a reply they changed the result and it now says I was out***. They rattled off an email reply and this is what they said, " As it is stated in Terms and Conditions, some of the lots have reserve prices.
You are not the winner of this lot, because you have not met the reserve price." I'm not sure what shill ***ding and a clearly manipulated outcome has to do with not meeting a reserve price. Since they brought up reserve price, They also will pull items down if they feel it's not making enough money and then say afterwards if they are asked, "it didn't meet the reserve." None of their items on the site have reserves and they blame their 3rd party software provider for not enabling that and they are waiting for HiBid to turn that feature on. This is just ************ experiences I've had with them. They are dishonest and the items they sell are not represented truthfully. I wish I would have found these reviews before I started ***ding with them.

It is obvious that this bidder is confused and does not understand the meaning of "reserve price".
As it states in our Terms and Conditions, we post items that may have reserve prices and or are on consignment.
By communicating with the consignor and receiving their agreement, we can reduce the reserve on an item.
When this happens the final bidder will receive the item for their last bid price. This was the case in the above situation, however, since the customer sent an unhappy email, we raised the reserve price back to its original value and did not sell the item.

Rip-offs Most of their items are broken it doesn't work or missing parts. They charge your credit card and you can not get it back. I bought from them a few times and every time I had a problem with them. And I promised myself no more.No star fo them.
