This place wasted weeks of my time, while I've been in pain. My insurance called their office to confirm they offered a specific type of physical therapy my doctor prescribed. Insurance was told yes. After literal weeks of the office staff being beyond unhelpful (not calling me back when they said they would, having my doctor's office make a ton of changes to my referral but refusing to ever talk directly to the office which kept me in the middle) I FINALLY got an appointment only to be told they do not offer the PT I need. I have mentioned this therapy at least four times on the phone with them and not once did they say it wasn't offered. Again this was after my insurance spoke to them and they said they DID offer it. When you're hurt and need PT it really, really ***** to be treated this way.Also, when I had to have my dr.s office re-fax referrals they mentioned that this office is known for being unhelpful. And....who still faxes?Review from Irina K

Had a really bad experience at this place. The staff is unable to answer basic questions like what the cost of their services would be although I provided them with my insurance info ahead of time. My appointment was with ****** ******* and it was a big disappointment as well. He is absolutely arrogant and doesn't listen to the patients. I have a complex health issue that is involving lower back, hip joint and tear in hamstring, however, he walked into the room with assumption that it was solely hip joint problem even before talking/seeing me and kept insisting on it even after X-ray showed there was no joint damage. He totally ignored my symptoms related to back pain and hamstring, and ordered another hip-related procedure that even may be unnecessary. He didn't even take a look at the reports of my previous MRI screening that clearly indicated the tear in hamstring and bulging lower back discs. He not only puts the health of the patients in danger, but also causes a mistrust in health care in general.
Wish I wouldn't spend my time and money on this horrible and useless visit.
