Dishonest would be a compliment for Crown Chrysler Jeep Ram. B**** ***** and the rest of the sales staff and finance team will lie to your face after lying to via text and email. They promised to Honor the Black Fridy discounts and reaffirmed it multiple times by text and email which we insisted on as it was a two-hour drive to Ventura. Not only did they not honor the deal they said they would, but they also increased to price from what was advertised. These people are despicable & dishonest on top of being morally and ethically bankrupt. One star is far more than they deserve. They will be discussed repeatedly on our clubs off road podcast so as to warn people of these lying cheats. DO NOT trust these people they lie with very breath.

was our sales consultant and he has zero follow through. Also I was blatantly lied to during my transaction. I told them I was going to finance with my credit union and they said, don't worry we can send it to your credit union for you. When I went to sign my documents the finance guy said they didn't have my credit union was they submitted my credit to a different bank at double the interest rate. Then we didn't receive the headphones to the rear entertainment. I have been texting and calling for over a month and I keep getting empty promises from Jorge Buenrostro saying he is working on it and still nothing has happened. Save your time and credit and go somewhere else.

Not just scammers, fraudulent business practices. Yo yo financing and finance fraud. BEWARE BEWARE!! We are in the middle of multiple institutions working on this case. Communication with their team has not been returned so our hands are tied. Meanwhile I have a loan for a car that is no longer in my possession. It is at their dealership. This is truly unbelievable!! Don’t trust these guys- go anywhere else!!!

My name is C****** ***** ******. I am a veteran of the United States Army, having served my country, honorably discharged in 1979. I own a 2006 PT Cruiser. My check engine light came on a year ago & I thought, take the car to the dealership where Chryslers are sold, they should be able to fix it! A year later & $6600 later, my car is still non-functional. They replaced the ignition switch, they replaced the transmission, they checked the computer, & still my car sits in their shop, non-functional. I filled a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair, which doesn't mean much, but I did it anyway. So as punishment, my car sits there at their shop, unattended & unrepaired & I am out $6600 with no car. So to whomever owns crown dodge, I doubt they are familiar with the word integrity because I'm not seeing it displayed in my direction. It's funny, I've read the other complaints & most folks complaining are dismissed & crown weaves its own tale to cover their narrative of not taking care of consumers or patrons. Just so happens I'm a veteran. I don't expect preferential treatment, just respect. Out of it all, if they can't fix my car, then give me back my money, tow my car to my house & I'll try to find someone who can fix it! Beyond that, I can only speak my truth. Frustration has filled me for a year! I trusted them to fix my car & they have let me down. I can only hope that resolution is at hand! Cheers!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is the 3rd Jeep I have brought to Crown for service. The service is AWFUL!! They are very difficult to reach and when you do bring your car to them, they claim there are problems that don't exist. They repaired a defective passenger seat, when the car was brand new, and damaged the back of the seat in the process. They claimed there were multiple problems with my daughter's Jeep, that would cost over $1200 to repair, but I wanted a second opinion. I brought the car to an independent garage, and they pointed out that some of the "suggested" repairs had already been done AND the other repairs were non existent. The FINAL straw was a problem with a battery light that kept alerting. I had brought my car in to Crown 3 years ago for the repair. The technician said it was a faulty auxillary battery, and after I paid the $100 deductible for my warranty, they "replaced" the faulty battery. Last year the error message came on again. I took it back to Crown, and they said the battery wire was loose. Just recently it happened for the 3rd time! I called repeatedly, left messages and never got ahold of anyone from Crown. I took my car to an independent garage, and after a thorough diagnostic, and was told that there was a shelf for the auxillary battery, but NO battery in it's place! I was shocked and disgusted. I replaced the main battery, and asked if it was the original factory installed battery, and was told it was. Crown NEVER replaced ANY battery, but charged me for a bogus service. I will NEVER buy or service my car with them. THEY ARE CROOKS!!

This dealership is the stereotypical used car dealer.. they are scammers and liars..; They go so far to offer an additional fee hundred for “nitrogen filled tires”. News flash if your buying a Jeep and intended on going off road then airing up and airing down often negate this add on. Additionally, there’s not one car on the lot that’s price better than any of their competitors. They mark everything up from used cars to new cars, overpriced undervalued and they rip you off. I’ve bought three vehicles from there cause I’m an idiot that’s not on them that’s on me, however, each vehicle has been missing parts and missing stuff and their refusal to actually acknowledge it is a joke they have tried to overcharge me in every way possible on every one of my vehicles I will never again go there. I will never again by vehicle from there and if they were to be put out of business tomorrow I would applied whoever did it. They have ripped everyone off I know they purchased a vehicle from there and they’ve been doing that for 44 years they are How they have an A+ rating when they had nothing but negative reviews anywhere you look needs to be explored that tells me that either the BBB is on their payroll or the BBB doesn’t pay attention to negative reviews they are before the shadiest bunch of crooks you’ll ever meet in the auto industry whether it’s or they rip you off their service is the absolute worst department you’ve ever been to and that’s by a long shot.. unethical unapproachable with the worst record for service and sales you’ll ever find I’m not saying cause I’m angry I’m just speaking the truth. This dealership needs to be either sold or put out of business.:

Crown Dodge, and particularly S*** ****** are OUTSTANDING! You will likely not find a more competitive price or better value on a used vehicle than at Crown. S*** stayed on top of things with my sale, kept me apprised of what was going on with things (I purchased online, from 100+ miles away), and really made me feel as if I was in good hands. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Crown, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to others. Now that I'm ready to post this, I see some really negative reviews. These other 'bad' reviews do not describe the dealership I dealt with. Not saying the others did not have a bad experience. But my experience was nothing like theirs.

Worst dealership, stole performance parts from my vehicle while it was in for warranty work. Also damaged my vehicle and refuse to repair damages or replace stolen parts. Reported to Dodge corporate and was told that it is a dealership issue and they hung up on me.

I think that they are no good trying to just get money from people. I think that they’re liars and that they don’t care about anybody else they all they want is that sale? I bought my vehicle in March 2023. Mind you it wasn’t necessarily their brand but bought the vehicle. The vehicle was only three years old because it’s a 2020 and as far as my forever warranty it was never stated that the manufacture warranty was expired. It was never explained to me as far as that there was only certain things that were covered under my forever warranty. I feel that I was sold the forever warranty because they knew that the manufacture warranty was expired, but they went ahead and sold me the vehicle anyways knowing that it would have to come out of pocket, especially with me being a first time buyer you think that these would be the things that they would go over as far as you know letting that person know that you know these would be your best option or this option would be better for you, but nothing of the sort was explained to me granite. Yes, I didn’t do my own research, but been in the situation that I was in you think they would’ve they would’ve had that you know the understanding of letting people know their situation when it comes to a vehicle that you’re purchasing from them and then not to be able to get a hold of the dealership when you’re having problems or when you’re being taught certain things or are you going to pick up your vehicle and the person that you’re supposed to talk to you doesn’t even come out to talk to you they send somebody else out I think that’s pretty that’s pretty faulty and just downright wrong.
