    Want new replacement steam mop sent for defective and broken unit. Mop I purchased stop heating up and producing steam after a week of use. Worked good when first used but now wont clean floors. Want new unit sent as resolution. Thank you.

    I purchased a Ovente Electric Skillet *********************** Model# ********* Date Code **** from ***********. 10/4/2022 1pm I received the item. Opened the box & started to assemble the knob & the black round plastic piece that goes between the knob & the glass lid & the big black round plastic piece broke into 5 pieces. I immediately call Ovente Customer Service number spoke to a woman who said her name was ***** who took down my email & said that she needed me to hang up so she could talk to some other dept to see if they had that piece in stock. I told her that I was not hanging up just to never hear from anyone again. I asked to speak to her supervisor who she said was named ****** who she said told her that he was too busy to talk to me about this situation. She then told me that she talked to some department about the broken piece & they informed her that the piece was not in stock. I Just want a replacement for the piece that broke when I didn't even have the skillet for 5 minutes.

    I paid them for a replacement part 2 months ago they lied and said they shipped it however I never recieved the part. I emailed them various times and they told me they had shipped it again ****** never recieved the package. When I spoke to representative she said she would she have the supervisor call me back and investigate a week later she said they don't have the part. I would to recieve the replacement part I paid for 2 months ago.

    I purchased an ovente airfryer via Amazon January 2021. Appliance stopped working in less than two months, I contacted amazon, they directed me directly to seller ovente. Ovente took weeks to replace, ongoing unnecessary back and forth with customer service. Replacement item stopped working September 2021, again ongoing back and forth with customer service. Replacement received October 2021. That replacement airfryer stopped working April 2022. I contacted them over a week ago without any acknowledgement. At this point I do not want a replacement, I want my money refunded; this way I can purchase a replacement reliable air fryer.
