    I purchased a pair of jeans (order #XXXXXX) that do not fit. I have reached out to customer service multiple times so I can return the item. The company has been extremely ************* I simply want to return the item and get a refund.

    I believe the online retailer ***** is ******** ********** return policy **** and also engaging in ********* ************ Recently the company was running a 70% off promotion. No where on the website, on the product pages, nor during the checkout process was there written notice of "final sale." This was also not mentioned on ads promoting the 70% off sale. When trying to return my items, I was told by the company they are considered final sale and cannot be returned. My purchase details are below.     Recently, DSTLD had an online sale. I purchased three t shirts. I am very particular about fit, but I figured if they did not work out, I could return them. I received the t shirts and the fabric was cheap and the fit was horrible. When I attempted to return them through the online portal, they were "not eligible for return." I looked at DSTLD's return policy and it states they do not refund "final sale" items. The problem I have is DSTLD never listed the t shirts as final sale. The ************* that directed me to the sale, the site, the product description, checkout. While this ********** I ******* I could explain this through email and they would acknowledge the oversight and refund my money. I have emailed the company four times over the course of 3 weeks. The first reply came two weeks after my initial email. That email was an automated response stating their intent to respond within 24-48 hours. I still have yet to be contacted and they have done nothing to resolve their deceptive sales practices. Do not give these ******** your ****** ********* and completely absent customer service.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/04) */ the customer placed the order with a 70% off code (final sale) it was also posted on our website. We've responded to the customer's concern twice, informing him that we can process a return because of the final sale.

    I received my jeans and they did not fit. I tried to reach out to the company numerous times inquiring how to go about doing a return. After numerous attempts and no response I paid to mail the jeans with tracking asking to be credited. They were received March 11 and I still have not received a credit.

We responded and let her know that the refund was processed but it would take 3-5 business days to reflect on her original form of payment. The customer should have received the refund now.
