    We ordered a dryer and needed a part replaced that broke. Since this company is an Amazon affiliate I tried Amazon first. They told me to contact manufacturer. The number for the manufacturer is disconnected and not in service. They would only let me email them. Then they told me there is limited parts available for my area and told me to buy one at a certain link for $18. They said there wasnt a specific link for the purchase but it sent me to a place to select $18 as the product, what?!, and then they would ship to me once paid for. So basically they wanted me to pay for and give my personal information for something I have no idea what Im buying and theres no proof of what Im buying. Completely weird. And the fact you cant talk with anyone. It was all very sketchy feeling and almost seems not legitimate.

    We do not have a specific link for the part (price $18) the customer needs, so we provide a link of "$18", which is the same value with the part, to the customer, she can make a purchase, then we will match her order with her email then send the part she needs to her. We have email history for the record, if she did not trust us, we could not provide any service to her.

    I bought the dryer I believe sometime towards the end of last summer I can be wrong by 2 months I have to contact the bank to find out when it was purchased but they have the record I charged it. but it was summer of 2022 it has a year warranty on it I just contacted them by email and I called their number and instead I got a Chinese woman that called me back twice saying you called us about mind lessons maybe it was a coincidence but it was upsetting I bought the original item from ********** before and they no longer carry it it's a blue stand dryer I like it it's perfect in my apartment but it has a guarantee because I bought it directly from them and I bought that new engine with the reason that it had the guarantee one year I couldn't get them to honor it with ********** but this time I bought it directly through them. I just did it but I didn't like that phone call that just came through who knows maybe it was a coincidence from ********** telling me they were coaches I'm a customer how disrespectful I am a big name too I was there when ****** met ***** in ****** I dated you I am Democrat and Republican but I have done too much for our country for this nonsense please see what you can do I would like this item replaced it is no longer heating the heating units broken and it is a dryer

    The customer bought a part not a whole machine from ** in June 2022. The machine she bought from the ********** has been discontinued for a long time, so she bought a heater part from us in June 2022. Our whole machines have 1 year warranty, but parts only has 1 to 3 months warranty depends on what parts they are (e.g. belts have 1 month, but parts with electric components like motor has 3 months). The customer bought a heater part of a machine, that part has a 3 months warranty, at the point she emailed us on Mar 17, 2023, the warranty of the part has expired for 6 months.


    In addition, the customer said she called and a Chinese woman called back and said mind lesson...we really do not know what she said. We always provide service through email, when customers called our phone number **************, the message will told them to send email to us because we need picture and video communication through email to solve issues, which cannot be solved through phone calls. We will not call the customer back because there is no voice message system.
