I went to buy a used refrigerator on 6/13/2022 but when they delivered it the refrigerator didn't fit so I decided to fix my old refrigerator which they hadn't taken yet They picked up my old refrigerator and gave me a loaner I returned 2 weeks later and got a run around They didn't have my refrigerator at that store but their other store I returned twice a week after that but got nothing out of them Always a excuse that they were waiting on part Then finally I was told that they couldn't get the part so I told them to give me my refrigerator back and was told they recycled it without my permission At this point I knew something was fishy I was done so I talked to manager and he said I could have one of their refrigerators but they didn't have anything to compare to my refrigerator so he told me he would look for one and call me I never got a call so I returned and was told to come Thursday or Friday 10-11am when the owner was going to be there owner wasn't there so I told them I'd return at 430pm and they better have a decision I returned and employee laughed at me when I told him that I wanted one of their better refrigerators cause they stole mine and haven't given me a refund or pay me for my old refrigerator I haven't received any of the $299.06 or money for my old refrigerator that they recycled without my permission I have a funny feeling they fixed my refrigerator and sold it that is why they gave me the run around for almost a month I just want a great refrigerator worth the money I paid and money for my old refrigerator

Hi Miss ****** *******, I am writing to you through this letter explaining what happened to my client, Mrs. ****** ******'s son bought us a refrigerator here with A and P appliances when we delivered it, the lady gave us hers, maybe she didn't want to fix it we call her because the estimate was going to come out was $375 because the fridge didn't work and it's in very bad condition we called her to give her the estimate 1 to 2 times she didn't answer so we had it thrown away because we can't wait The city does not allow us to put many things outside the yard and we could not store them inside the store. It had many cockroaches "thanks for your attention" A and p appliances

I am rejecting this response because: The company is lying The refrigerator they brought didn't fit first of all Second they left my refrigerator in my driveway for 2 days which would have accumulated cockroachs into  the fridge I know it had a lot of dog hair in it due to us having dogs but not cockroachs When they finally came to pick up my fridge my son told them to fix my old refrigerator My neighbor was witness to this cause I asked her to make sure my son didn't forget They gave us a loaner fridge till they could fix it The loaner fridge didn't work till we put it on the coldest setting I was ok with that cause they were going to fix my fridge I can show on phone bill that I never received any phone calls and they could have told me about the so called estimate since I was at the shop twice weekly starting a week after they took my fridge Instead they gave me the runaround for over a month stating they had my fridge at their other shop cause their shop was too busy and their other shop was not As soon as I told them I wanted my fridge back they stated that they had already recycled it without my permission All I want is to get the value of my fridge ( which will it was older it had great shelving and removable shelving on door) in the amount of $500 (since they did steal my fridge according to the law) 9the return of my son's money $300 Also for them to pick up the loaner fridge which has been running my electric bill up due to the fridge having to be on lowest setting and running all day long
