****** was the best salesman. He took care of me through the whole process. We had a chance to buy from another dealer and I wanted to buy from ****** because he treated me right. Helped us with deal. Totally forthright through the whole deal. Also financing was very helpful and quick. Great process all around

Sells department no problem they worked with me some what but I think their service department is not professional they are quick to say they cant duplicate the problem and treat the customers like they dont know what their talking about like its a joke they just want you t spend the most money without a warranty this is the 8th time Ive taking it and they cant duplicate the problem but yet I have videos of the problem and they dont wanna look at them and they say how do they know its my car it could be another car next to me like so unprofessional not even trying to help the customer making sure their satisfied and most of all safe on the road

I totally understand the frustration that ************ has/is experiencing. I spoke with the Service Director, ***************************, regarding **************** complaint. My Service Director expressed that he feels for ************, however, if we cannot duplicate the error/code/problem with the vehicle, there is nothing we can do. We cannot just throw parts at a vehicle to attempt a repair when we are unable to diagnose a problem. The Service Director advised me that ************ tried to do a buyback through ******************* however he was denied by ******************* At that time the ****************** representative advised ************ that if he was/is unhappy with us, Sunland Ford, not being able to duplicate the problem, that he is free to take his vehicle to any other **** Dealership - my Service Director has also advised the same to ************. We, at Sunland Ford, have to adhere to ****************** Guidelines when it comes to vehicle repair. We have certain steps that we need to do-we cannot look at a video or picture(s) that a customer may have for the exact reason ************ states. We don't know if it's from the customers vehicle and per ******************* we, Sunland Ford, need to duplicate and physically see/feel/hear/duplicate the problem ourselves. ************ had us take a look at his brakes because they make noise, however he declined to have his brakes done, and per the technician that looked at the brakes, they were not unsafe when he looked at them, it was the fact that ************ wanted them to not be noisy. I totally agree that 8 times is a lot to bring your vehicle in only to be told that we cannot duplicate the problem. Has ************ requested to ride with the technician so he can point out what the problem is? He would know best how to get his vehicle to do what it does and if he rides with the tech he can say...that's it right there. Or, and we are not in the business of turning away business as we want to fix our customers vehicles, he is more than welcome to go to another **** Dealership to see if they are able to duplicate the problem. We are here to help as best we can and we do want to help.
