    When i was first there 3 different customers wanted 1 car including myself. They were trying to get the best deal for themselves pitting the customers against eaxhother. We spent over 12 hours there. When we finally said we would just pay cash for everythibg we finally made the deal. Then they did the Typical Bait and Switch. They told me the security system would be included and to come back for an oil change and to top off gas tank. None of these things they are agreeing to do now. They also submitted information for loans without my full knowledge of what i was applying for. They also inflated my earnings with the intent to commit bank fraud. I gave them my paychecks stubs so there was no way in guessing how much i make it was black and white. I am looking for a refund amount of between $1500-$2000 for the cost of the security system they did not turn on for the vehicle. And for the time spent coming all the way from ******* ***** to speak with a sales manager and the service department on multiple times. The only thing they ever gave me was this 1 receipt.

    Good afternoon,

    We have spoken with **** ****** regarding his recent complaint. These were all items discussed several months ago in July 2022 with a resolution that he would get a security system activated that he felt he was promised by the sales person. As for any application being altered for the benefit of securing financing, there was no financing this was a cash deal. The arrangement made was that he was to return to the dealership for the security to be taken care of. Mr. ****** did return, but did not want to wait for the work to be done so he left and had not returned again until this past holiday weekend. A new arrangement was made today and an appointment was set for him to have the security system activated. Once he completes the service appointment there will be no more unresolved issues.

    6/52022 I bought a car at valley hi honda and after the purchased I notice that the headlight were real low couldn't see anything at night so I went back on 6/8/2022 to tell them about the issue,that same day they told it was fix the change the light bulbs but I still couldn't see so I went back again they adjusted the lights and I was able to see but when I use the high beams the high beams are now pointing real high up they keep saying that there's nothing wrong with the light and they don't want to fix it.please help I believed is a safety issue due to blinding other drivers due to the headlights pointing up.
