The company performance 1) failed to meet promise dates 3 times 2) quoted a cost of $1,015 and final cost is $1,900+ 3) failed to return calls as promised multiple times 4) quoted additional cost for a gasket at $109 and when I researched it was for the entire pump and gasket & etc. Very Unprofessional!Review from Steph S.

They claim it’s all about customer service but beyond a bunch of people running around saying they don’t know anything and I have to talk to the only person who knows anything is getting old. Due to policy my basic oil change was 4 1/2 hours because they had walk ins and my appointment didn’t mean anything. Due to my unwillingness to accept horrible customer service and have completely clueless people working on my car I will not be returning.Review from Paul M

I would liked to have put zero stars, alas that is not an option. Title: Standing with US Navy Vets to stop the RIPP OFFS – Buyer beware. I brought my car (2005 Corvette) to Giant Chevrolet, last week, because I was told the car needed a new shift cable. After the inspection ($150) – Their assessment was that it will cost me in excess of $800 ++ - Upon further research I learned that the actual part was part of a kit that cost $9 (from Auto-Zone) and a local mechanic installed it for $40 and in 5 minutes. Understand that I had to have it towed from Giant Chevrolet to the local mechanic and when it was picked up, my car was dirty and covered in bird dung. It arrived in impeccable shape. This was a simple plastic gromet that was no bigger than the size of a dime. Giant Chevrolet Over Inflated their pricing (that’s what the book says) – and stated I need other parts that increased the labor. Please stand with me, a US Navy vet who is standing up for other Vet’s and consumers rights to not be ripped off by companies like this. Giant Chevrolet is a GIANT Rip-off and they are thieves. Perhaps my experience will help someone else to not patron this company, and avoid the trauma and anguish I experienced.
