            I bought a 2023 **** Maverick an option I ordered and paid for 7 months ago has not been installed and I keep getting the run around. Won't return calls and I go in person and the salesman avoids me.

            We have responded to ************** numerous times, both in review responses, in-dealership visit responses and this response will be the same.  ************** did not pay for the requested item and will not receive the requested items.  As a good will gesture I have offered to sell him the requested item for $200.00 and he has declined.  This is my offer to **************, but otherwise this matter is closed as far as we are considered.

            I purchased a brand new 2021 f150 truck paid for the truck to be delivered. The day I received the truck and we did the walk around the truck had scratches that I was promised would be fixed. My husband took truck get fixed and one of the scratches they started needed paint to be ordered and they would make us an appt for repair at the shop. After weeks they call us to take truck they had a man who does not do paint use there touch up paint and try to fix the scratch. It made it worse looked like nail polish over paint I complained and got upset especially when the truck was over 60,000 dollars and they said as soon as the body shop has an opening we will get you in. It’s been 4 mo that they still have not made an effort to fix my truck. This is very unprofessional especially when someone pays so much money for a brAnd new truck. And they were paid a mark up price they charged on top of price so they should have plenty of money to fix the mistakes they made.
