I had never heard of Panda White before hiring them to upgrade a few places on the exterior of my home. I did first encounter them from a cold call, but it was for three products I was shopping for anyway. The rep that came to our home explained what his solutions would be, and their process simply and gave me three days to cancel, and 30 days to find a better price. Feeling assured they were licensed and carried all the insurances to protect my husband and I in the event of an accident or if they ghosted us like my neighbors have had happen to them with painters and window companies, we signed a $**,***.** contract. The team that did the work was very kind and worked hard, they did leave early a couple of the days but finished on schedule and did a fantastic job. We received our lifetime warranties in email and chose to finance the remaining balance of the project when they said we could get 9 months with no interest and no payments. We're paying it off with our taxes next month, could not be happier. As a side note: I got another quote from a well known big construction/roofing company just to see what other companies offered, I had to make sure I did get the best price like the rep said I could. The other company showed up 30 minutes late to our appointment as I was about to leave in a expensive company-branded truck, the rep was not very experienced and wanted me to shop on his iPad instead of answering my questions. After I essentially did his job, the price was almost double what I paid with Panda White, AND for lesser products with lame one and five year "guarantees" but nothing in writing. In the end with the more well known roofing company, I had to ask them to stop calling and emailing me after I declined their contract. It turned out that *********** saved me tons of time and a lot of money. Very grateful for their service and prices!

I called Pandawhite and they gave me a same day estimate for 12 Window Replacement for my home in ************. I ended up going with them based on referrals and reviews I saw online. They did a great job installing the windows, I chose the Anlin line with the high energy efficiency. Looking forward to saving on my AC bill this summer. Solid company, great customer service.

We recently hired Panda White to install new windows in our home that required extra customization. We have been wanting to change our windows for many years, but could not find anybody that could match our existing windows. Not only did they match our existing windows, but did an excellent job as well. The windows are beautiful.. they were very responsive to our requests and we definitely will use them for the rest of our windows in the future. Highly recommended.

Scammers! These people cold called my elderly handicapped mother with multiple sclerosis and came to her house same day. They spent 4 hours in her home and convinced her to sign a bid contract for over 100K same day quote. When she told them she wanted to cancel the contract, the came over again for 3 more hours to convince her to sign another contract. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of an elderly handicapped woman. BEWARE!! These people are thieves and prey on the vulnerable. Disgusting.

We're are afraid that, this is not a legitimate review. This is a review from a competitor.We do not interact with elderly or handicapped homeowners without their children present.What is explained above is an illegal activity.

Have some of my windows replaced by them and love the new windows!! The job was done fast and they made sure to clean up after they're done . They follow up with call and see if the job was done right and the sale rep explained the process and what to expect and when to expect !! Highly recommend !!!
