I started with this company about 12 months ago fell behind on my dad's because of my college and covid they explained to me their program invalidation program , signed up and now looking forward to bettering my credit as well as getting rid of these collection accounts would recommend if needing a fresh start with creditReview from Daniel F

Everyone here has been very helpful in walking me through the process and just being there for any of my questions. This was a new process to me and made me nervous when I first enrolled. After several months I have saved a lot of money that I was just throwing away on these debts before and never paying the balances down. Now I have money to put towards food and other more important things.

We are the customers that were scammed by our bank account being used. The debt company did promptly refund our money infull.Our only concern with this business is that as quickly as someone was able to use our account, we were refunded. We were never asked to prove identity or proof of account ownership. They took us at our word. We have since filed a police report to find who and how they obtained and were able to use our account information. Thank youHonest Debt Response

In over 25 years in the industry, I have never seen this happen with one of our clients. Someone signed up for our program a few months ago. We spoke to them originally and they agreed to everything and we even have the recordings of this person confirming enrollment. Turns out this client somehow obtained the banking information from THIS consumer fraudulently. We had no idea and we didn't find out until this lady contacted us. We tried to contactthe original consumer/person that actually signed up and they disappeared. So we investigated and felt 100% confident that this lady was not lying about what happened to her. We agreed to give her a FULL refund of all monies paid to our company immediately. We apologized profusely for what happened and she got paid in full immediately. We believed her story and she had the exact same bank account/routing # we had on file. Therefore, we had no reason to not believe her. We have put new processes in place to try and alleviate this from happening again. We apologize for the inconvenience to this consumer, but we did everything we could to immediately refund her and she got her money back in full from us.Review from Robert R

This is a scam. Contract says you have 5 days to cancel. If you call on 3rd day they call you childish names. Use vulgarity before saying your canceled then hanging up... Contact any financial institution. They all say only way to protect from these scams is with confirmation # its canceled. Otherwise your screwed. Odd that this company won't give you proof of a condition in their own contract. 100% total scam. Research them. Was it a robo call to you? Exactly! Your for warned.Honest Debt Response

Please be advised that we are NOT a scam. This gentleman was extremely interested in signing up with our program. He signed up fully knowing what we do and how we do it. Then after 3 days, he decided to cancel his agreement. He called in and was yelling and screaming at the original rep and our **************** team. Then he called back and apologized and said "you are a great company and I have mental issues and a case worker. Sorry for all of the things that I said and I didn't mean them etc." Also this potential client never made a payment into our program! So how can he say we are a SCAM! We have helped 1000's of consumers in America and our record is spotless. We don't lie, cheat or steal and we didn't do any of those things with this potential customer either. He can call us back anytime and we will be happy to help him.Review from Izzy G
