    This business charged me double the amount of *****, for their product, and have not refunded to me the overcharged amount.they keep emailing me stating the product I ordered is out of stock and what do I want to substitute it with. I have told them 3 times what to substitute but yet they ignore all my emails. they have not sent my order and I ordered it on 12/13/24, 4 days ago.they do not answer their phone. I want my money back that they overcharged me, and I want the 2 products I ordered which the double charged me for.

    I ordered some products on December 9th. On Decemebr 13th I messaged them because there was no movement on my order except "Awaiting Shipment". I asked what the status of the order was. I still have received no response and phone calls go unanswered to their business. I just want my money back so I can seek out and purchase my products in a more reputable business. I do not know how this business keeps operating with the amount of reviews and comments from other customers who are experiencing the same thing. Documents uploaded show my bank account that has the payment posted and my order on Serene Tree that show la my order still awaiting shipment. Also uploaded was a screenshot of my message sent on Dec.12 with and no response to date.

    I placed this order over a week ago and have been unable to reach any Ive about the status. I have sent emails to their requested email support and left over 7 voicemails, all with no response whatsoever. ********, dishonest company.

    I purchased two supposedly HHC vape juices, both claiming very high levels of HHC present. I bought them because I am disabled and constantly in pain and HHC is known to help with pain as well as producing euphoria. I paid a ridiculously high price for these juices and when they arrived they did absolutely nothing, no effects whatsoever. I tried contacting the company through their email and was completely ignored. Im absolutely furious that this company has the audacity to prey on their customers with bootleg products and Id like a full refund as well as an explanation as to why I was sent products that absolutely do not contain what they are said to contain

    On February 23rd, I ordered from Serene Tree. It wasn't until reaching out that I was told the item wasn't in stock. The representative ****** tried to substitute it for a different product but I kept insisting that I no longer felt confident in the company. She then told me she issued a ticket for my refund. This was on 3/1/2024. I reached out this morning asking for an update, and my order was changed to "shipped". I included screenshots, including one where she explicitly states she issued a refund. I WAS LIED TO FROM A COMPANY THAT IS APPARENTLY DISHONEST TO THEIR CONSUMERS. I simply want my refund, as I don't trust Serene Tree with my business.

    I paid for a product and after waiting over a week I finally reach out to inquire about my purchase and it takes them days to respond to tell me the product is out of stock. I cant get a hold of anyone to get my refund and they dont call back after multiple voice mails left

    I put in an order to SereneTree on April 20th. I have messaged them 3 times in regards to order.

    I ordered a product from the company, a vape cart. I sent them an email as the cart was clogged. I never got a response. I went on their website and provided a product review that was never posted. I never hear back.a month later I got an email saying my subscription, which I did not sign up for was not being able to charge my card for the subscription. I replied to the email letting them know their product is faulty and I have no interest in subscribing to get monthly shipments and that I never signed up for a subscription. they replied saying they cancelled my subscription on 2/1/23, they said they would send me 2 sample products to appologise for the product not working. I then was charged for the subscription on 2/3/23. I reached out to them a week later replying to the email and showing them they said they canceled the subscription 2 days before they charged my account. I have sent 3 emails since then and they have not responded to any of the emails.
