    I bought two parts from this dealership for my AMG C43 bumper lip last November. Their parts department guys called me telling me that my parts has arrived and all I should do is to book an appointment , so I book an appointment, when I pick up my car I noticed they only installed one parts so I asked them what happened to the other parts, the manager said you only bought 1 parts only then I showed him my receipt then we went to the parts department and the parts guy checked it he told the manager that the parts was there maybe it was installed to another car, what kind of clumsiness is that, since then up to now almost end of December no update to what really happened to the parts I bought that haven't installed in my car.

    I would rather get a root canal than deal with this business again. But dont take my word for it. Look at all the one-star reviews. If I was part of the ownership group, I would be very concerned.******, the Sales Consultant was my first point of contact. ******, the Sales Consultant confirmed with me that the used car I was interested in would be available for a test drive. Ill set it up for tomorrow at 11AM and make sure we have the car pulled up front and ready upon your arrival. She also called me and texted me this morning to confirm my ***************, I dont blame ******, the Sales Consultant. She is just doing what she was trained to do my management that sets policy on how to treat their customers.But, when I arrived at the dealership for my test drive, ****** the Sales Consultant was not available to meet me. I was introduced to another lady, (her name is not important) who spent about ********************* around to 3 different lots near the dealership looking for the car I had made an appointment to test drive. When we finally found the car, it was obvious the car was not ready to drive. It looked like a German ******* had been let loose ripping the arm rest to shreds. The passenger seat looked like someone had soiled themselves. It was disgusting. I wouldnt have sat in that car if you paid me. Im sure the salesperson I was with was relieved when I said Im taking a pass on this car.Words like honorable, moral, conscientious, honest, principled, responsible and scrupulous come to mind. This dealership showed me today they are none of these.If you are looking for a Mercedes new or used. I suggest you look elsewhere. Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek reinforced with me why the customer is not king. Just like in the *********** plays Othello, Kind **** and As You Like It - at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek we are all just buffoons or fools in their theater of new and used cars.

    Let me start that I like the car that I got and when I purchased it I thought I was getting a good deal.The sales person was professional but positives end there.I thought I was getting the car for the listed price, it wasn't till I read the fine print that I fully understood that they hid a $1377 "permaplate" that wasn't included in the sale price. I was under the impression that it was because I was told it was "already done" to all their cars and isn't optional. If it's already done to all their cars and isn't actually optional it should be included in the sales price this will be illegal in ********** in July. So the state agrees this is a shady practice. It should also not be listed in the bill as optional.Frankly I'm not even convinced the work was done, the windows and paint has hard water marks which would need to have been removed to put any sort of paint shield on. I also found that that the dealers detailer half assed the work when I pulled down the rear arm rest and a ton of sand spilled all over the back seat.Overall I feel misled and mistreated, par for the course for a low rated dealer, not a ******** dealer on a very pricey sale.Additionally they never removed the previous owner from the car so the previous owner now has my home address, and more because I connected my phone without knowing that my contacts were being uploaded.It will be weeks before I can get the manufacturer to remove the previous owner from the car. When ******** was told that I needed them they need to contact the previous owner they have dragged their feet and not followed up.This is also not some beater it's a very pricey car. Following up with the manager he just brushed it off and said well you signed for it. My fault trusting a dealership to represent things honestly.In July this kind of post price added fee will be illegal in ********** I hope they get their act together.

    Bought a used tesla here and the car started showing signs of serious issues. First it was the screen going out, then following day during the rain there was leakage coming from the roof, few days later I noticed I was charging too frequently. Then minor issues with the trunk not opening all the way and the glove compartment not opening. Everything was relayed to the sales representative **** he advised he would tell his sales and used sales manager. He was advised that they would repair the issues or buy the car back if the issues costs too much. The sales rep told me to work with ***** and schedule an appointment so I did. During the scheduled appointment I realized I mightve bought a car that might just give me a big headache moving forward. ***** advised to replacing the screen which was going to cost roughly around 2.5k. The sales rep took awhile to get back to me. So I decided to show up to their shop, the manager ***** was very nice and asked me to return the following day to speak to ***** the used sales manager because he said its not up to him to buy the car back, so he asked me to return at 11 the following day. I returned at 11 and ****** approach was very different. He was aggressive and rude. He insisted that his sales rep did not say they would buy the car back, accusing me of lying. He sat the sales rep **** to **** with me and **** was forced to lie until I stopped him and look at him eye to eye and confirm that he did what he say, and he agreed. The manager had a very uncomfortable look at **** in which I know he was intimidating his employee. Ive had it enough from this manager and this dealership. I waited an hour for ***** who never showed up to negotiate or settle an agreement to the issues. I called in for work to take care of things and all I got was a rude manager who referred to me as man, have a good day man

    I have been getting my car serviced @MBWC for over seven years. I've seen a high employee turnover(first clue). I was given a service advisor (not of my choosing) and from there his/their service has declined remarkably. Recently I had a service done and being a veteran and of AARP age ALWAYS ask about discounts. My discount was at least %10 but not greater than $250.00. I go to pick up my car and I hand JH two credit cards and tell him to charge $1000.00 on my bank card and the other on my Amazon account for points. My cards have the same pin number and when he made the charges he ran my bank card twice for the entire amount. It's Friday and after 4 30 by this time I realized his error. Called him Immediately upon the discovery and he did not answer his phone. I texted him as back up - "no response!".I try again, this time asking for a cashier who SHOULD know how to handle the error. Get her on the phone - on hold 23 minutes! She comes back to the phone stating she doesn't have his paperwork nor is their a manager available to assist. After PLEADING with him by text, voice mail and calling others to get him to pick up - NOTHING. This occurred in the middle of July to date STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY "ANYONE". I contact my bank to file a claim to have charge reversed so it can be properly charged to the original card.. They ******** my account and said "THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO!" Leaving my account in shambles. Placed claim FINALLY still waiting for a callback to give them my credit card for the amount designated for my Amazon card. Here it is August 30th and this morning they had the audacity to charge my bank account yet again. Not only that after reviewing my bill JH took it upon himself to give me a $100.00 discount as opposed to what I am due. I still have not received ANY contact from that office. I have proof of our discussion which is acknowledged in the texts. Enough of your BULLY tactics-- just give me my service and be UPSTANDING.
