    All American Complete Plumbing and Rooter Service was contracted by my home warranty company, American Home Shield, to come and fix a leak in my upstairs shower stall. The plumber fixed the Valves in the shower and even though the Valves were covered by my Home warranty, The plumber charged me ******** and stressed to me that it needed to be paid at the time of service. The leak apparently was fixed but there was no cold water. The shower only gets hot and you can not cool the temperature of the water. So I called the Plumbing Service about the problem and if they could come look at my shower again. The Owner said yes and to text him my address and he would contact me and send a technician the following week, well this was months ago and I've called and texted numerous times over the past months with no response from the company. So I had my wife call from her phone more recently, from a different number, and the owner answered right away. My wife explained we had an issue with our shower and that at the time of payment the owner said they had a year warranty for their service, and could he please come look at the problem with the shower.. The owner gave her the same line as he gave me, if she could text him the address and he would contact her and send a technician over the following week. He never called or texted and now my wife has called him numerous times with no answer or response and this has been over a month or so. At this point we've come to the realization that the owner of All American Complete Plumbing and Rooter Service is not only not going to honor his warranty or work, but doesn't have the professionalism or common curtesy to look at our shower that he worked on nor even call either of us back. So after months I've decided to bring it to your attention. I've contacted our Home Warranty and they said that the Valves were covered under my home warranty and I should not have been charged for the service. Date of Service 02/01/2022

    I had a contractor come out ****************************. No show, then rescheduled for next day and came 45 minutes late from time window. This was March 5th and it is now March 14. I have been calling and texting and no response. I have a broken water heater and broken toilet.
