    On 28th of July II went to the big O tires ******************************************* to seek warranty repair for 2 of my 4 tires that I purchased from big O tires with the warranty and I had made an appointment it was at 2 o'clock on that day I was visiting ******************************** and and I've seen that my tires were ripping apart so I've took a minute to the big O *********** because the warranty States that I can get the tires repaired at any Big O tires and they fix it well I wouldn't there my appointment time at 2 o'clock spoke to the manager and he told me that the only way that they would honor my warranty is if the store I bought them from ********** would ship the tires at their cost to the *********** store they would fix my issue. I Informed the manager of the big O tires in *********** that I was there **************************** and that I couldn't wait for the time specified I'm specified for them to do all that and then I "d him big o's warranty about how the heat would get credit for it as long as he returned the original tires to big O. So I asked him if my family's safety was more important than him having to pay for the tires from his store till he got credit form for him and he said yes and I said well aren't you a part of big O hes a weird part of big O but we don't honor their warranties where independent stores. So I called consumer hotline and spoke to 5 different people and I feel like I'm getting the run around the 1st guy told me if I had to buy tires to save my receipt and they would replace them as long as the warranty covered my tires my tires are coming apart by a defect in those tires not by anything I've done I have so much more information to dictate but I only have a few more 100 words that I'm allowed to type what I have pictures receipts also I got stranded down here************** For 5 extra days and I'm still ************* because I don't have the money to purchase 2 more tires because the other 2 started doing tha

    I WAS TO RECEIVE A $50.00 REBATE. I FILLED OUT THE REBATE FORM & SENT IT IN WITH A COPY OF MY INVOICE. THE BIG O PROMOTION REBATE DEPT #****** SAID THE INVOICE DOESN'T SAY PAID BY BIG O CREDIT CARD, JUST DPA ON PG 2 OF INVOICE. THEN THEY WANTED A COMPLETE COPY OF MY BILLING STATEMENT. SINCE I ALREADY PAID IT AND MAILED IT BACK WITH THE LOWER PART WITH ADDRESS, THEY WON'T ACCEPT IT. THE BIG O CREDIT CARD ON THE BACK SAYS ISSUED BY **** BANK. I CALLED **** BANK AND THEY SAID CARD NUMBER WAS INVALID AND IT'S NOT THEIRS. I'VE SPENT TWO DAYS CALLING ***, **** BANK AND GOING TO THE BIG O STORE. NOBODY WILL PROVIDE ME WHAT I NEED. THE PROMOTION EXPIRES 3/31/22 AND I THINK THEY'RE PUTTING ME OFF UNTILL IT EXPIRES. I'VE DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE AND NOBODY HELPS. I THINK IT MIGHT BE A SCAM AND OTHER CUSTOMERS MAYBE GETTING THE SAME TREATMENT.

We have looked in our system and paper copies that we keep and have not found any invoice with the name of this person and information to our store. If possible, could the customer provide a copy of the invoice and Big O Credit Card in order to take a closer look into this matter? Also all rebates are handled by corporate. They are not handled by the stores. If in fact we could find the customer's invoice with his copy, we could go ahead and forward it corporate office and have them contact the person in order to have this matter resolved. No response from BIG O Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2022/05/09) */ The *********************** has nothing to do with the customer or the complaint being filed. As previously motioned the store that has to respond to this complaint is Store ******************** since it is a franchise. Please contact them or corporate offices. Further more can not be done from our part. It would be unethical for *** to continue to pursue this matter with our store since there is evidence to conform what we have previously mentioned and have been stating. WITH THE BIG 'O' RESPONSES IN THESE CORRESPONSES THEY ARE STILL DUCKING RESPONSIBILITY, BLAMING CORPORATE. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WORK DAYS, MANY MANY PHONE CALLS TO GET NO WHERE. SINCE PINOLE STORE IS A FRANCHISE, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I'LL USE ANOTHER STORE.
