            Hi I want to file a complaint on behalf of ******** in West Covina. I already dealt with LA Care health plan with the grievance and they keep bringing back to you guys. I already had my twins born *******. I been on the phone and they keep pushing to so many different departments that cant help me; billing, claims, scheduling, referral specialist, and appointments. I already talked to obygn that I was seen by Dr. ***** ***. She said the will get in contact with the referral specialist to get retro authorization to show January-April. In order for San ******* valley to bill my coinsurance. They need this retro authorization showing ******* and January-April. Alta med was my medical care group that was on my ***************** so they are the only ones who can do it. They act like its too hard or confusing and keep pushing around and avoiding the job. ******* contacted me from their department the referral specialist saying that she cant do December 2023 which I am ok with because I had another medical group on my insurance card at the time. But had ******* active from January and is currently active now. All parties have said I have up to a year to get retro authorization and it is not a year. They refer me to a specialist by maternal fetal medicine ** in West Covina. The ************************* perinatal medical group. They gave referral back in October. They sent me the bill for having twins. And they said the only way it can be billed to my ************ medi-*** is that I have the retro-active authorization from the obygn at **** med in West Covina. I need the authorization from obygn to bill to my ******* Alta med for ************. To be submitted. Thank you. I put a copy of the bill at bottom. I need it for service dates in January til April. I dont understand why its so complicated. When billing cant just do their job. I already had a stressful pregnancy and dealing with twins. I cant keep going back and forth with this.
