            We are a female , family owned , small business that sold Rachel Zoe Group and Curateur goods that they put into their boxes , they were on Net 30 and now its been over 60 days and all their invoices are unpaid. We reached out 12 times before they sent us a response that unfortunately they dont have money to pay right now and to hold tight , completely unacceptable - they promised a payment today , around 5% of their total amount due and no payment has been received . I will ensure to let everyone know about my experience with this company as they do not pay their vendors and take advantage of small businesses .

            Worst business to buy from ever! Placed an order on a necklace July 31st, recieved an email on August 24th that my order has shipped and will be here between September 1st-6th with a *** tracking number. Now that number has disappered and says failure. I have contacted customer service on several occasitions and I was told If I did not recieve my order in a few days I could reach back out. Now they have stopped responding to me altogether. Never EVER order from Curateur!!!

            I would leave one star if I could. Paid in May and still have not received the summer box. We are swiftly approaching fall and this is unacceptable. Customer service is nonexistent and continues to make weak apologies and excuses. Company does not care or respect it's customers. There are many other subscription boxes that value their customers, I would suggest using one of them.
