    False advertisement. Description says double weft which was fine for the first order. I wanted more hair so I ordered the same product. I was unable to use the hairn because they sent single weft instead. I reached out to them but they refuse to correct the situation by offering to send a new bundle. I'd gladly sent them the wrong bundle. This hair costs too much money not to get what you ordered.To ** Raw:Let me start by saying I love your hair. It's very natural looking, a great match with my hair and I get many compliments. I placed my first order #**2290 8/3/23 and the hair I received was great, double wefted for my microlink install. Loving the hair I wanted more gray so I placed a 2nd order #**2872 (delivered 9/21/23) for the same hair for my next install. On Saturday, 10/28/23, literally sitting in the chair at the salon for my install, my stylist unwrapped the bundle and informed me the hair is single wefted not double wefted and cant be used for my microlink install. I was so disappointed because I scheduled this appointment specifically to use this bundle of gray hair. I ordered the ** Raw Natural Gray Hair Extensions (100g) each time. Your website indicates double-drawn weft bundles (see photo below). I received this for the first order but not the second one. I would like to request a replacement and receive a double weft bundle. 2nd email:Thank you for your reply, however being a return customer and given the situation you would be willing to honor my request in good faith and good customer service. I had no reason so I thought that the hair would not be double wefted per your website. This now means I didn't receive the proper product. Can you escalate this to someone else who may be able to assist me.

That's why we collaborate with factories that prioritize quality inspection and ensure exceptional products.During a conversation with *******************************, she mentioned that she had previously purchased hair from us on 8/03/22 and wished to place another order, which she did on 9/15/23. However, ******************************* claims to have received single-wefted hair instead of double-wefted, even though our company does not carry single-wefted natural gray hair. We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their items upon delivery and promptly notify us of any concerns. Additionally, we provide a 30-day return/exchange policy for unopened and untampered items.Unfortunately, the customer informed us of this issue 40 days later, on 10/30/23, based on feedback from her hairstylist. Regrettably, we were unable to accommodate her request as it falls outside our specified time frame. We kindly directed the customer to review our store policy for further clarification.

    Garbage. I paid nearly $500 for my wife's hair extensions and they starting falling out in about 2 days. The hair is of low quality. After washing and treating it it became frizzy and lost all of their curls. The company does not stand behind their product. They wouldn't offer even a partial refund for substandard hair. I'm not dealing with them ever again. They have no customer service.
