    Order 3558 was never fulfilled. I have tried repeatedly for an answer and want my refund. Ordered 1-22-2023. No excuse for me to try to pursue this with no response for this length of time

    I placed two orders (6 pieces) totaling $206. They only ever shipped 1 piece (costing $33.75). I received an email explaining there were holiday delays, but the rest would be coming. Nothing ever did. I've tried emailing them, but no response. I'd like a refund of the money they took without ever supplying product.

    February 2023 I purchased dog clothes and a toy for my puppy totaling $109.97 they sent out an email stating about 4 weeks processing due to delays, I waiting, it is now May 2023, Ive sent emails no response, no update, no tracking, no refund. I tried to dispute and they sent fraudulent tracking numbers!!

    I placed an order for a jacket for my dog on Jan 14th. Order # **** for *****. I still have not received it. When I sent an email asking about it they sent a " track order" email which showed nothing. I told them this and have not heard anything from them. I just want my money back as their customer service is terrible. Thank you
