    I ordered window tint for 2014 Camaro LT convertible when I received the window tint it didn't fit the car I called they were supposed to resolve this the issue and look into it an email me back they never did they won't reply to my emails or calls when I asked for a refund I spent over $200 for nothing

    I purchased a window tint car kit from jdm superior. Got delivered yesterday. Went to install and doesn't fit. Called the company for refund. They said only store credit. I said I needed the appropriate kit. They said that would cost them money since it's custom made. I asked to send me the right one and if it doesn't fit again I will return. They stated I am not eligible for return despite website having 30 day return policy. After a heated debate, phone representative states he is on the autism spectrum and hangs up. Phone call from company I received the associate then began to put on an Indian accent asking for my credit card number, birthdate and social security number. I said enough with the pranking and they continued to then berate me calling me a racist and saying I am no longer capable of getting store credit, refund or the right product. They stole my money!!!

    I placed an order with JDM on April 4, 2024 for window tint for $192.09, a week passed now, so on April 10-11, I sent an email inquiring about why my order hasn't been shipped, (website says it may take 24hrs which was fine) but they still haven't responded to my email, today is April 15, 2024. Phone number listed is ###-###-#### google voice that only lets you leave a msg, website won't let me login or reset my password, if you could please help I would appreciate it because I really don't have that kind of money to lose. Thank you ****************

    I’d purchased a radar detector from JDM Superior because of their ad on instagram. I’d initially made the purchase on 2/28/24. I contacted their customer service team to see if I was able to get a refund because the product didn’t work as it was implied in the ad. I was then emailed back by a team member and they had asked if I could send them pictures of the item I had received and was also asked why I was returning it. I sent them the photos and my reason why on 3/23/24. Then I proceeded to ask a question of how long it was going to take for a refund. They emailed me back saying that the “relevant team” was going to look at this and was going to email back as soon as they heard a response. That response I got was on 3/24/24 and since then I’ve never heard back from them.

    The original order date of the product was 9/4/2023 The package arrival date was 9/13/2023 The date of contact regarding a refund was 9/14/2023 I was told to send the parcel out for refund on 9/14/2023 On 9/17/2023 I was advised that their system was down. In this case they advised me to pay for the shipping and be compensated for that cost as well. The parcel was shipped out for return on 10/12/2023 I was contacted on 10/27/2023 and was promised a full refund for the $63.60 as well as the $10.40 shipping compensation. All in all, I was promised a refund for my return that was shipped out over a month ago. Since the email sent by JDM on 10/27/2023 stating that they have just issued a refund I am currently not being responded to! I would like nothing more than to get the money back for the product they have. I do not appreciate being deceived as a consumer!

    I ordered a radar detector from them. I was shipped & I received it. It did not work as described. I emailed them for a return. They provided a the info needed for a return. I sent it back. I contacted them after they received it. They asked for 3-5 days. I waited and re-contacted them. No response. I contacted a few more times, no response. I told them I was going to issue a claim with the BBB, they said I would see the money back in 3-5 business days. I still have not seen the money returned. Ordered August 26. Order # 4705 Returned started on September 11 They received it on September 18 I contacted without response on Oct. 3, 9 & 12 Let them know my intention to issue claim Oct. 16 They asked for me to wait 3-5 days to see the return Return of money and/or detector never happened.
